I told myself I’d put all dramas on hold for exam season—like a responsible adult. Spoiler: That lasted all of five minutes. One episode in, and suddenly, I’m deep into a binge session, fully invested, sleep schedule in shambles. And you know what? No regrets.
This drama? Top-tier entertainment. The couple? Absolutely unhinged, and I love them for it. The bickering? Peak comedy. The dating arc? Had me questioning why my own life isn’t scripted this well.
Is it completely logic-defying? Oh, absolutely. But that’s the essence of a K-drama—reality takes a backseat, and we embrace the chaos. So do yourself a favor: turn off your brain, lean into the absurdity, and enjoy the ride. I did, and I regret nothing.
My virgin eyes cannot handle your PFP gif with Yoo Yeon-seok love scene😭 why the torture?🥹 what did I do…
Yes, that’s from WTPR 🤭. I highly recommend it—he’s dangerously hot in that one! I’ve only watched Dr. Romantic S1, Hospital Playlist, and Mr. Sunshine so far, but he’s incredible in all of them. He’s such a versatile actor, which is why he’s one of my favorites!
Honestly, I consider Lee Min Ho as Yoo Joonghyuk a better choice than Ahn Hyo Seob as Kim Dokja. YJH is supposed…
Honestly, I’m not a fan of the casting personally, but I’m still willing to watch it. I feel like someone like Jo Byeong Kyu would’ve suited Kim Dokja better, and Lee Soo Hyuk for Yoo Joong Hyuk. Just my thoughts, though! Lee Min Ho is tall and handsome, but I’m not sure his emotional range fits YJH. Ahn Hyo Seop is still a bit of a mystery to me, but I’m open to being surprised. Fingers crossed it turns out well,. Let’s see how it goes!😊
“Marry My Husband” was really good. I rewatched several times last year. However, I didn’t enjoy her two…
I wasn’t trying to school you, just sharing my thoughts. Yes, I mentioned that her recent script choices weren’t the best, which isn’t entirely wrong, and MMH was good too. I thought this was a discussion, so I responded. Normally, I don’t engage in replies unless it’s needed.

I feel the same way. Those two didn’t quite appeal to me either, but that doesn’t take away from her talent as an actor. Before those, she delivered amazing performances in When the Weather Is Fine, Queen for Seven Days (which is my personal favorite), Her Private Life, What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim, Remember: War of the Son, Healer, and City Hunter. With such an impressive resume, there’s no doubt she’s one of the finest actors out there.
He’s an incredibly talented actor with so much potential, but he’s been somewhat limited by the roles he’s offered. His performance in Sweet Home was flawless. I’d give up everything just to see him in more action-thriller or supernatural dramas!
People might argue the criticism is premature since it hasn’t aired yet, but the concerns go beyond simply jumping to conclusions. • The actors aren't the right fit: It’s not about disliking them, but they don't embody the characters in a way fans expect. • The trailer didn’t do it justice: The teaser failed to capture the essence of the manhwa, missing its core vibe. • It’s about honoring the original work: This is an adaptation, and it should remain faithful to the source. Right now, that respect seems lacking. • Fans are the primary audience: The majority of viewers will be fans of the manhwa who expect the show to stay true to the original, but this doesn’t seem to hit the mark. • This is the first ORV adaptation: It’s the first time the series is being adapted, and it’s disheartening to see expectations drop before it even premieres. • It might be good for newcomers: For those who haven’t read the webtoon, the show could still be enjoyable on its own because the production looks good. • I’ll keep an open mind: I plan to watch it and keep my expectations realistic until it airs, but right now, it doesn’t look promising. • The casting is the real issue: Fans are upset because we’ve invested time in these characters. Ahn Hyo Seop as Kim Dokja seems fine, but Lee Min Ho as Yoo Joong Hyuk? He just doesn’t fit the role. • The girls are okay but not ideal: They’re passable, but I expected more when adapting such a beloved series. At the end of the day, it’s okay to have different opinions, but fans are justified in feeling concerned when something this important seems off.
I just rewatched LTHY and had to check Kim Ok Bin out. After reading her bio, I realized she’s pretty much just…
That being said, This was a decent watch, but her character was definitely a highlight. The plot was pretty cliché — a guy who usually avoids women ends up falling for one who’s 'not like the others.' It was super predictable, but sometimes those clichés are just fun. Plus, their constant banter was great — I love an enemies-to-fake-dating-to-lovers trope. It really added to the whole experience. I’d give it an 8/10 — a solid take on a well-worn plot.
I just rewatched LTHY and had to check Kim Ok Bin out. After reading her bio, I realized she’s pretty much just being herself. She trained in martial arts as a kid, got third dan in Hapkido and second dan in Taekwondo. She also practices Muay Thai, boxing, loves cars, motorcycles, and speed racing. She builds computers, plays soccer and baseball, and had an IQ of 141 as a child. Oh, and she’s ambidextrous. Honestly, she’s just ridiculously cool.
The forced hate is so obvious, lol. I can't believe people are going as far as creating bot accounts just to downrate a drama. What do they even think they'll accomplish? At the end of the day, this drama is a hit, and the actors, directors, and everyone involved did an incredible job!
