Exactly!! they made the entire plot about sumin and min hwan which wasn't necessary and adding yura to it was even more insignificant like there was no plot growth at all. With every episode it became draggy and made me lose interest. wasted the cast's potential... and PMY i just wish she picks up better roles for herself because if you notice she has been picking up similar roles constantly which do not give justice to her potential...Although this one was significantly better than her previous dramas.
finally over..a very CLEAN ending now that it's over i will definitely say that Song Ha Yoon nailed Sumin's role. I felt really bad over Park Min hwan's death (it's because I've loved him since waikiki 😭) overall the drama did lack some element...it didn't meet my expectations!! The webtoon is much much better...!! the Cinematography, The main leads, The extras, The Supporting leads, everything was executd really well. I don't know if it's the right word to say it but it felt like a missed opportunity like they could've done so much better with the plot (not a native english speaker) Till Ep 12 I enjoyed every bit of it but it became really off after that. It was one of those dramas which started off really well with lots of expectations but towards the end it really did went off the track... if they focused a teeny bit more on the main couple's chemistry (not that i am complaining they were good) but i wished to see them progress a bit more on screen also the supporting roles..everything felt a bit rushed and too messy... (YES i have read the webtoon not the web novel) ngl towards the end the plot really became nonsensical. Their romance felt like a filler..but it was overall fine...do recommend this for a ONE TIME WATCH !!
she's been in the industry for so long....and also she is such a great actor..and has worked with some of the big names celebs..but i still wonder why she hasn't gotten any main lead roles with better recognition and a big name co actor..i wish to see her in better roles which actually give her the recognition she deservess
i don't know how i feel about this cast line up..don't mind me i love each one of them and they are phenomenal but i am not too sure about this cast plus the fact that it'll be a live action 'movie' is bugging me really wished it was a series... i am really excited about how this will turn out tho.. not a big fan of live action but i guess this might change my opinion for the better...ALSO excited about the anime adaption...hoping we get an official confirmation soon...
