Ya, loved the subtle changes in Dr Gu - with each encounter with LZX! (re: LZX brought up his cleanliness issue when he attempted to console her, and I think he said that she has cured him of that 😁. Loved also how he couldn't let her off his sight when she moved away from him in the corridor. Now, more and more stolen glances from him, so sweet). Xiao Zhan is brilliant at adding those layers.
What an interesting contrast, from YZ being a techie nerd in Go go squid to a musical artist in this drama.
Same with XZ. Wei Ying, Tang San, Gu Yi Ye are all contrasting roles , and now Dr Gu is such a contrast to all his previous roles. His pick of roles is diverse and interesting- he dares to try anything. Like he said, he is able to breath life into his roles (together with the team), immerse himself in it, and that is his greatest fortune (based on the English translation i read of his speech in the release conference😉 ).
