The garlic bread scene was one of the funniest scenes I've seen in awhile LOL. Also the storage room? fight was so cheesy but I'm all for it. I caught myself smiling a lot this episode and I'm so looking forward to ep 3. Why did this ep feel so short.....

They definitely deserve what they have coming to them

Even though Rong Yang and Ming Yue are awful people, I still felt that coffin scene a little hard to watch because it was sad seeing a mother grieve her daughter. I did laugh when she was killed though lmao.

From the perspective of a lesbian not watching this for the shirtless men (obviously lol) I can tell you that I am here for the cheesy fun vampire romance. I had fun with episode 1 and I like the silly stuff.

When this started airing I watched the first episode but for some reason dropped it. Maybe it was the state of mind I was in at the time. But the scene of little Hua Zhi on the stormy boat stuck in my mind for a year. I decided to get back to it and binged all of the episodes and I'm SO HAPPY I did. It was sooooo good. I didn't even fast forward or skip a single scene.

I didn't read the novel but even I can tell that the pacing isn't ideal lol. I still like the series though, I just wish it felt like it made more sense between Karan and Kliao. The buildup wasn't really there.

I wasn’t happy with the sloppy writing in ep 25 but ep 26 gave me my favorite proposal scene in a drama, so I forgive it lol. Overall it was such a cute and fun watch. It was a nice companion while I was also watching LOTDT.
