The original Love Destiny is like the most popular lakorn. I don't think many things can touch it popularity-wise, but I hope this adaption goes over well so that we can get not only more series with Leng and August (fingers crossed) but also grow the popularity of the Ayutthaya period setting in bl and gl. We're so lucky to have this and LUAT. Both happen to be time travel/transmigration, but maybe we'll be able to get a series that doesn't have time travel aspects to it.

I really enjoyed this, but it needed more episodes to develop the plot and villain more. And they needed better choreo for their nc scenes because the first one and the third one were reaaally hmmm, let's just say a lot didn't make much sense lol. It really took me out of the scenes, but at least Aya and Mie have really good chemistry. This is one of my favorite GL of 2026 I'd say.

Maybe I'll eat my words when they give more Gaew flashbacks or something lol

I feel that too, it's definitely the limited runtime that's the culprit. I knew it had to be significantly different for them to fit it in just 10 eps, but I guess we'll see how far it veers away from the original in future eps. Karakade was way more cruel than Gaew imo. I think they nerfed his evil nature a little too much lol. I wonder if they'll keep the Karakade/Kadesurang plot with Gaew/Great or if they'll just change it or explain it another way.

The fake kissing has me cracking up omg

I loved the scene where Kadesurang is eating with her fingers for the first time, but Great eating with his fingers was even funnier LOL
