Bai Shuo is a great character if you ask me. She's very smart, not immature like a child. I have never found her annoying even once but you will come across those people who find fault in basically every FL like it's their job. Fan Yue is colder at first but he's actually a squishy sweetie inside. He has his reasons. Up to the currently aired episodes, Bai Shuo has not pretended to love Fan Yue. This is not like TTEOTM. Give it a go and do not judge their characters on the first ep or two and then drop it. MM is doing very well and I have not been bored once thus far. Plus the costumes are really pretty and so are the sets. And the OST is amazing. Sa Ding Ding does the opening song.

Going into this I thought for sure I wasn't going to be into it but after finishing it I just had to laugh to myself because WHAT THE HECK, I LOVE IT???? This is one of the funniest things I've seen in awhile. It has so much charm and I just love the way scenes and dialogues are written. I even love how the shitty villains are written. Their arguing was top tier comedy. Also I would like to give a shout out to episode 8 for being so cute. It felt like I was watching 2 real people having natural dialogue. Loved it.
