I’m a lesbian and I wouldn’t be caught dead in that pantsuit
I really don't know what they mean by "dress like a lesbian" but it's definitely a strange comment to make because what does a man dressing like a lesbian look like exactly?
So Gu-won killed Do-hee's parents cause their contract ended, madam witnessed the murder, Gu-won saw her. 10 years…
Wow, spoiler tag PLEASE. This was literally the first comment I saw as I got to this page about the most recent episode. While I do not get completely ruined by getting spoiled, many other people will not appreciate this so please put a spoiler tag on.
You all had me convinced I was going to get a 1 second xianxia ending but I got a lot more than that. They even had a short wedding scene and a kiss at the end!! I think this was quite good. It did have some issues that stopped me from rating it higher but I think overall it was really nice and I recommend it.
omg yes. i really got fed up with the back and forth. they never just talked anything out. it was the exact same…
I think the first few episodes and the last few episodes are my favorites because all of the in-between was that repetitiveness (for me anyway). The plot moved forward but it was sort of hindered by itself at the same time. Still enjoyed it for the most part though.
There will be a good ending. Interesting point. A lot of shows go around in circles where there is one childish…
I've been binge watching it for the very first time and the repetitiveness is something I was able to be more focused on because I was watching everything in such a short timeframe. If I was taking my time instead of shoving the whole series into a 2 day watching period then the repetitiveness I wouldn't have noticed as much but it's pretty interesting how the structure of these plot points are very similar each time. Nonetheless, it's a good show.
I understand why people like this show, I really do, but also....the amount of times it runs around in circles doing a wash and repeat is like...a lot. Li Ni and A'Ying argue about something, they go off separately to sulk/be upset, Taozi wonders what's going on with them and brings sweets to A'Ying, Chang'er/Lao Bao also wonders what's going on, Taozi and Chang'er then wonder what's going on together, Taozi acts tsundere, Chang'er gives Taozi something, the leads get over their disagreement for a bit, wash and repeat. Liu Chengfeng is a psycho jealous freak and kidnaps/poisons A'Ying, Li Ni saves her, Taozi cures her, wash and repeat. Xu Kai is such a good actor and Jing Tian is nothing to scoff at either but my goodness, they really got a script where everything repeats itself over and over. I only have a few episodes left so hanging on for that good ending I've heard so much about.
