Now, I actually gave up watching it twice, I could relate to Kawi sometimes but most of the time I was annoyed at how he was inflicting his own lack of confidence on Pisaeng and played the victim most of the time, while Pisaeng obviously had his own demons and it felt like Kawi additionally was bringing him down, which really made my blood boil.
However, since the show has done airing and the ratings are good, I decided to give it another try, on ep 5 it finally gets better but let’s see.

I didn’t expect much and found a hidden gem of 2023. The plot was great, finally something mature. Heads down to the actor playing Charn, this man CAN ACT 100%. I’m honestly amazed with how good his expressions are and he definitely would make a great psychopath with that twisted smile of his. It’s been a while since I enjoyed a BL series this much. Some people say that the ending was rushed, maybe a little bit but honestly I didn’t mind it at all. The fact that there’s so much chemistry while there’s almost no skin ship is mind blowing. The dialogues were always on point and had a deeper meaning. I really enjoyed this series and I will definitely rewatch it sometime soon, hope they’ll make more of those mature BLs.

Can anyone spoil for me please when does Kawi starts to feel anything for Pisaeng and when do they end up together? I feel like I can’t continue watching it if I won’t know.

Title Never Let Me Go Spoiler
I don’t remember the last time I was so frustrated watching a BL show. Don’t wanna spoil here so I’ll leave…
My problem with the series was how Palm was treated by his own father and how much shit he was getting from everyone around, it was just purely heartbreaking to me that he was forced into something he never signed for, his father made him a servant and couldn’t care less whenever there was something happening to Palm, I understand being loyal to your boss, but this is…this has no explanation, you cannot tell me otherwise. Also, yes father had the moment of redemption, but so what? That literally happened at the very end of the series. I hate when someone’s suffering and to me Palm was that character, yet, he was willing to give up everything around just because he had to, yes later on he wanted to as well, but that’s another thing. For me it was just upsetting. Even loyalty has its boundaries.

I don’t remember the last time I was so frustrated watching a BL show. Don’t wanna spoil here so I’ll leave my frustration in the comment below. Now to the good part, in a way I liked the show, chemistry between the leads was there, music, cinematography, sceneries were absolutely aesthetic. There was lots of character development, personally, despite his obvious flaws, I really liked Nueng and his approach towards equality. It wasn’t the best watch, but I enjoyed it when it lasted, would I rewatch it? Definitely no, I don’t need another rollercoaster of emotions. But I don’t regret watching it in the first place either.

Title Vice Versa
I wish I didn’t listen to the others and watch this series right away, however, here I am, after a year I finally gave it a chance and I don’t regret it. It was a very sweet, adorable romantic series with some fantasy going on, super aesthetic on top of that. I personally felt the chemistry between them, and they’ve proved that even better in their Our Skyy 2 episodes. I think there’s no need to compare this series to any other show as there’s literally no any other BL like this, it was unique in its own way and again have to highlight how aesthetically pleasing it was, the colors in the series were top notch.

I have the same order, except The Eclipse is at the bottom because of the plot and just how out of character it…
Ngl I was low key disappointed but First and Khao are amazing actors and I just felt that it saved the idea itself, but then again, I was getting frustrated at times :(

If I had to put those stories in order it would go like this:
1. BBxATOTS - sth I didn’t know I needed to see until now
2. Vice Versa - pure sweetness
3. NLMG - the entire vibe was great
4. The Eclipse - I was getting bit frustrated, but prob bc I could feel for First
5. ABAAB - it was a nice filler to the original story
6. MSP - interesting, yet repetitive, I enjoyed the idea, but ngl I wanted to see something new/fresh and it wasn’t it
7. SIMM - it was okay, cute

Title The Eclipse
Let me start with the fact that plot was a mess, at one point I even dropped it but decided to come back and finish it. In the end I wasn't disappointed because of couple of important factors, first of all First is an AMAZING, OUTSTANDING ACTOR, I'm normally not easily swayed, but he made me feel things through his acting, same goes for Khaotung, both of them ate and left no crumbs, to the point I was sad I won't see more of them, also amazing chemistry, I've felt every little touch and look, they've left strong impression on me ngl. Second of all, although as I have mentioned the plot was a mess and was based *again* at school, it was way different from the usual high school/uni BL love story, they've tried to do some mystery/crime here and I give them that at least it wasn't the same as everything else and had its own plot twists which I honestly didn't expect to happen at all, moreover, they have tried to target important stuff like mental health and coming out, the dialogs were well written and I ended up feeling to the bone some of the sentences, we can see character development and I am happy they portrayed how being happy on the outside doesn't mean someone is okay on the inside, how coming out is not always easy and it is not always okay for us to accept our sexuality just like that. Honestly, just because of the above reasons, if I had to turn back time and decide whether I should watch it or not, I would definitely watch it.

This ending made this series so meta haha I loved it, it’s nice to see something new and most importantly - healthy with nothing but consent, other writers should take notes lol

I’m honestly pretty neutral when it comes to this series, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t outstanding either, just somewhere in between. I wouldn’t rewatch it, but I had a fun time binging it throughout the week :)

Title Ai Long Nhai Spoiler
So first of all, as you all said and I’m dumb for not believing you guys, this series really has no plot whatsoever…
The downside of this series (I cannot believe I’m saying it) I literally felt no excitement with how their relationship evolved, there was literally no tension, and barely any progress, we basically got a ready to go couple in the very beginning, like what - 2nd ep? I wasn’t aware of that cause I would always complain that the couple got together in the last three eps or so, but now I understand why I liked it so much, I feel like the direction and writing was super poor and actors deserve better :(
