Whats makes you all think Do won hadn't started realising how he feels..inviting her for dinner... smiling happily after she asked him out for coffee..the smiles when he was saying goodbye to her..he was in the process of realisation and had even realised and was ready to make a move maybe this whole jealousy plot helps make the process faster but that's it..that's why to me..maybe if we had more episodes this whole love triangle would have been unnecessary but for now it works I guess
Yiyeong and Dowon's relationship dynamic is truly healing. Their scenes and interactions fill me with warmth, and I know I'm going to miss THAT in episode eight, especially with things taking a stressful turn. I cherished the simplicity of their connection: the bickering, the elevator rides, the meaningful stares, and shared giggles. Their drives home together and their couple-coded behavior, despite not officially dating, were perfect. While I long for a confession and a dating era, this slow-burn approach was less stressful, more relaxing, and ultimately more impactful.
Was this triangle really needed? It's not like people have to start dating as soon as someone confesses. Some…
Thank you like okay make him jealous but even a slow burn where people gradually realise their feelings for each other slowly and carefully is more than okay plus he had started realising them otherwise why ask her out for a meal, smile when she texted for them to have coffee together or even when he was saying goodbye...this isn't working out for me so it better be as short and brief as possible.
oh my goodness they pulled out my least favourite troupe...like I know the purpose of the love triangle is to make Gu dowom jealous and also to show if yiyoung's feelings for Dowon aren't just a phase but..I hate love triangles to the core ðŸ˜
PD Shin is the creator of this project. He contacted and did the auditions for the actors. He is not the director…
try explaining this to people that watched just one episode and though they had watched enough to judge the show..from the posters the theme it's self everything suggests that it's different set in the same universe but different and Cleary for different target audiences.. exept a few that love both...
The way some people tried to disassociate resident playbook from shin PD because he wasn't directing it like he did with hospital playlist... forgetting he's the creator and I love how he's been in most of the interviews and always there to support the actors and actresses during showcasings..like it's his drama...his original creation and he was part of the process even if not as directly as you wanted...but he is there....I love him for that... Hospital playlist and resident playbook may have different themes and target audiences but the feel is the same...that if you get rid of the bias...
am I the only who thinks this like super profound crush on do won came out of nowhere? like they didn’t even…
it wasn't out of no where it started when she defended her in front of the seniors...since the show isn't in a necessary chronological order and months go by with no realisation...I think it's plausible
how is this is in terms of romance ?you can give spoilers
The romance is a side plot .it's taking the slow burn route..for now she fell first as we are shown her pov nor his yet...the chemistry is Soo good you will find your self subconsciously repeating their scenes..for now that's pretty much it
okay Iam at that point where I actually wish we had 16 episodes despite my short attention span lately I think I can watch more episodes of this showðŸ¤
Lets talk about the character growth and development...I love the nuanced portrayal of character growth. The writing captures the essence of development, showcasing it not as a linear ascent but as a series of challenges, setbacks, and triumphs. Each episode presents the residents with new hurdles, allowing us to witness their evolution in real-time.
The show's strength is in its realism. Characters stumble, make mistakes, and learn from them, only to face new challenges that test their progress. This cyclical pattern mirrors the complexities of life, where growth is a continuous process marked by both forward steps and occasional missteps....so this one time you happily witnessing a characters growth..and the other you questioning them..only to see them grow from that too and it's actually realistic.
i love how, "Hospital Playlist" and "Resident Playbook," while sharing a universe, target different audiences due to their distinct focuses. "Hospital Playlist," with its emphasis on experienced doctors, long-term friendships, and a more balanced work-life portrayal, likely appeals to viewers seeking a comforting, slice-of-life drama. Its focus on established characters and their personal lives offers a sense of familiarity and stability.
In contrast, "Resident Playbook," with its focus on the challenges and growth of first-year residents, would attract viewers interested in a more intense, character-driven narrative. The drama's exploration of early career struggles, the messiness, and the journey of becoming skilled professionals likely appeals to those interested in stories of personal and professional development. The different themes and settings ensure that each show attracts a unique audience....but that doesn't mean there isn't us that resonate with both.
I keep seeing people say Dowon's suppressing his feelings for Yiyoung, but I can't be the only one who thinks…
Do won likes her...even if he didn't before..you can tell he's moved by the way she's approaching him..if he wasn't starting to get feelings for her then he wouldn't have pretended to be asleep when she came to see him after the apology..the confession Cleary stirred something in him...its all in the eyes...I mean yes he's kind and considerate to every one but Jung juwoon's eye acting is good enough to show you the difference...it's just that they have been in this in law's zone for so long that he doesn't know how to handle the change and that happens..he's conflicted but I refuse to believe he wasn't moved...as for him opening up..he's not as straight forward as Oh Yi young you not going to see him actively opening up untill later when we given his POV.
i should have asked this before episode 5 came out but does anyone know what was going on in episode 4 between…
Jaeil made a mistake and the other nurse told him to acknowledge it but when Namkyung over heard..she thought that nurse was messing with him..so Namkyung wanted to avenge the nurse on behalf of Jaeil...but later she finds out that Jaeil and the nurse are on good terms so she rectifies her mistake with an apology and buying them coffee..it was all just a misunderstanding.
Same I am so in love with Dowon's character. He is such a sensible person. He is always there for everyone and…
The hate he's getting for his looks...is pissing me off so bad because no one is talking about his character but rather focussed on shaming him because his looks don't fit their standard of what handsome is....its frustrating...
