It's pretty amusing how everyone tries to judge what's right and wrong based on their own beliefs, especially in a world that's anything but black and white. The characters in this drama mirror that complexity perfectly. Take the male lead, for instance—he enters this relationship not out of deep emotional connection but because he thinks it’s the right choice for him at that moment. You could call that disgusting, but honestly, it’s a reality many can relate to.
He struggles to respond to her constant declarations of love because he’s wrestling with his own feelings. Is it love? Can he truly see a future with her? This internal battle between his mind and heart is so real, yet people are quick to point fingers and expect him to fit into this perfect mold we’ve created for characters. It’s frustrating because it highlights the need for more morally conflicted characters in shows.
By showcasing these flawed, complicated individuals, we can start to understand that the flawless persona we often idolize doesn’t exist in real life. Instead, we need characters that reflect our struggles, allowing us to weigh their actions based on a more realistic framework. Maybe then we’ll appreciate the good and bad in them without the rose-colored glasses we usually wear..
I love that we being shown how he's struggling..to understand himself and his feelings..he's battling with his mind and heart...and I can't wait for how it ends for him
If FL was a prettier and younger actress, then I'm sure the score could be more than 8.0
Its sad to think it has anything to do with looks...I think the problem is that people just can't seem to walk away from dramas they don't like without creating a stir.....
I really want to know, out of curiosity, why are the people here considering her "toxic".She let go of Yeon Su,…
people just always have to find a way to hate on a female lead character 🤣 no one is bothered to know more about her character or wait for the plot or her character to be explored they all think they have a view of what the drama is with just two episodes just because they watched something similar before
no you actually can because you can find some comments that are actually helpful but at the same time there always some that are not helpful but disguised as the so called personal opinion..Iam one to prefer to get an opinion of a show my self so i tend to ignore and judge from my self but the negativity is hard to escape since it's everywhere these days.
it's becoming clearer that these days to enjoy a kdrama...or a C drama then you need to stay out of the MDL comment sections..y'all got this negativity streak going on..that's hard to escape...😭🤣
Man Eunho is the entire package...like how can he be so perfect....he can cook, he is neat, smart, observative, caring, kind, respectful, a good father, has a warm personality, he's handsome....the list is long actually...oh and he's not mine 😭
I love how both the leads are so good with the eye acting like they don't need to talk but I can feel their longing and pain like I have this weight pressing down on my chest because of them...ahh January is off to a great start because I haven't started one bad kdrama
Here we go again with the female lead us this and female lead us that complaints whatever happened to waiting for character exploration to give an explanation to why characters are the way they are...and this time round it was never one sided other wise why would he always be the first person she sees each time she is facing difficulties...she loves him too always has and her actions of pushing her away clearly have a reason to them..anyways Iam loving this...it Ofcourse feels like welcome to samdarli but a bit more poetic and painfully beautiful.
Can we talk about her meeting with his daughter? It wasn't the usual meeting; she gave the daughter a reason to learn from her, and at the end of the day, as she showed her what she learned, she also learned from the daughter. It was beautiful and had so much importance to it.
And then there's the umbrella scene. It’s like your old umbrella scene, but in that moment, we get to see her world brighten up, just like the colors of the umbrella. I am loving this drama so much!
What I really appreciate is how we actually get both points of view. We see her acknowledge and notice his efforts, and we see him take care of her and notice all these different sides to her...like it's not your usual one fell first but are both falling for eachother at the same time... through their different interactions "Love Scout" really is the best start to my year!
So we have a handsome, hardworking, kind, thoughtful, observative, caring, neat male lead who is also an amazing father....he is soft spoken and had a high emotional intelligence...damn watch my standards ruse for yet another fictional male lead character 😩
Can we talk about how cute the umbrella scene is🤭 and their chemistry and tension 🤭
Saw the low ratings and walked into this with skeptism but Iam enjoying it and I think this gives me another reason why it's better to try things out your self and take your own personal opinion
