Please do not read on further if you were swooning over episode 32.Is the writer for real? How OLD is the writer?…
ive seen many comments saying that the original was extremely popular and well written but the drama scripters changed it drastically, idk how true it is but it seems plausible cause yiyang was kinda unnecessary and only created more pettiness
OKAY guys hate me for this unpopular opinion I REALLY ENJOYED THE DRAMA BUT I gotta say what I got to say , I…
xuening and zhiyi were not said to have been interrogated or tortured, lord pingnan specifically said he wouldn't hurt her since she was just a bargaining chip, and although zhiyi was kidnapped she wasn't tortured to death in jail to have dirt and blood all over herself. it's normal to not feel chemistry btwn two people since it's personal preference, but i will say there's one line that says xiewei lost so much in the past, which is why he's possessive. ive seen people call him "sexy vampire" or "hot domineering man", although i don't find that appealing i still sympathize for his character. he only gradually became more controlling/direct bc he knew she actually liked him and was running away. the zhangzhe arc was intentionally rushed bc in the novel he held memories of the past as well thus his arc with xuening was pretty long. lord pingnan setting them up together stemmed from his doubts that xiewei was actually loyal, and pingnan is intentionally portrayed as a lustful and deceptive villain. for me slowburn chemistry always hits harder, but the case is different for everyone. his love for her is not just "you saved me once", it stemmed from seeing her fighting or scheming for what she believed was right. he once said they were both iron melting in a pot to be beaten into metal, so i guess he felt that her actions resonated with his. her attraction to him was deep rooted i believe, meaning she always trusted and looked up to him but only thought something of it when she realized he wasn't the murderer she thought him to be. the big misunderstanding was that he handed her his knife in the first life to protect her, but she assumed it was a death threat and thus killed herself before he could get to it. upon knowing yanlin liked her in the beginning, he never did anything to her. he shwed jealousy when she was with zhangzhe but never actually harmed him. i was also shocked at how xiewei was acting really bipolar, but like luxian said "the calmer someone appears, the crazier they are when they experience love or loss" something like that.
I just finished SOKP. The ending was satisfying . How many awards did SOKP win during IQIYI scream night 2023?…
iqiyi night awards are great but they're not as real as general drama awards. they spread out the awards and create semi similar award titles so they can pre plan everything. the seating arrangments at the event were organized so title winners for the same category sat next to each other. ex. bailu won scream night goddess but ni ni won best actress, no matter who had a better performance, it would not be possible for both awards to be given to the same person (even though they're basically the same title) sokp won fan favorite, bailu won scream night goddess, zhanglinghe won youth leap actor
ik this is unrelated but i need drama recs, any genre any country any cast. there's actually a handful i haven't seen if not an ocean-ful, i hesitate bc im worried ill drop out of disappointment. any drama with interesting pacing pls
weibo tv and internet video summit, bailu has TTEOM, SOKP, and OFL
i can't vote cause i don't have a chinese number but hope she wins!
bazaar decided to be time efficient and did quick shoots for four casts 🫣
at scream night they were seated at different tables bc it was organized by award category, but later he moved to the chair next to her
bailu and director recreate the xiewei scene at the chasing the moon set, she says “what if your big lights hit me” instead of “what if you kill me”
pics too blurry to add to official photo gallery so ill leave it here, looks like they’re matching 👁️
