I haven't watched the JP series or read the manga, but it's surprising to see people complaining about the changes. If I had a series that I already love and think its perfect, I just simply wouldn't watch any adaptations, because I know I would be disappointed, so why watch and then come here to complain. Anyway, I absolutely loved the first episode of this show, it's both cute and funny, Karan thoughts have me both grinning and crying.

I guess for me, personally, it's annoying that there's a cut version on gmmtv and most people will not realize that they are missing scenes and just think that the show is subpar (or at least, worse than it actually is). And on the other hand, some people will know that yt is cut and just watch somewhere else and the yt views will be very bad. I think both things will affect offgun negatively.

I don't think its only about the shows with NC scenes, for example Last Twilight has gotten a lot of traction as well. But I honestly don't understand why no more people like this show, maybe they were put off by the trailer, but when have people stopped liking rom-coms? I can't speak for future episodes, but for now this is so cute and it's offgun so you know the chemistry is there. GMMTV is not doing them any favors, though, by releasing only the cut version and gatekeeping the uncut.

I guess it influences other trends at the same time. Last twilight and cc air on different days. If there are other things happening at the same time as Cc is trying to trend maybe they need more tweets
I was having an ok time with this show, but the latest episode is straight up boring. But it hit the halfway mark so we'll get proper maijade next episode at least.

I have to say that a lot of Jade backstory is getting chopped in the cut version on youtube, I always check the uncut after to see the cut scenes and they always are very relevant.
Well, I admit it's not what I wanted or expected. Like, i think, many here, I'm watching for TutorYim, because I loved them in Cutie Pie. Unfortunately, these characters and this relationship is nothing like NuerSyn. However, I don't hate it. It's not great, but it is entertaining and I am looking forward each week to the next episode. And though it is cringe, it's still not as cringe as SCOY, and even that show had good stuff you couldn't find anywhere else, so I'm hoping for a nice surprise here too.
