Wished I knew then what I know now, if there's not going to be a season 2 don't start watching there is no ending.
Even if there isn't going to be S2 I would never regret watching it, it was the best 40 episodes I've seen.

It is one of the best historical dramas I've watched. The main characters were good and villains were even more good but the character I hated most would probably be Jiang Li's father. The battle in last episode was quite unnecessary, all these deaths in last episode could have been avoided and we could have got better ending.
