Mingxuan, could you please talk about your feelings? Shen Mo and I would appreciate it—so we don't keep thinking you're just a red flag when you're actually head over heels in love.
I can't get over the episode where BJ approved of women beating/hitting, yes she cheated on him and stole his…
Thank you! I also felt awful when her ex started to beat her. Even though she might have cheated on him, it doesn't validate beating her. Also, not a single person at the university did anything when it was happening right in front of their eyes (I mean the aggression), and later Big Jane justified the beating, saying something like she brought it upon herself for cheating. I was like: WTF is your reasoning? There is no justification for violence!
The peak of the show is definitely its first 6 episodes; after that, it takes a massive nosedive. Back then, I remember being completely hooked, thinking Big Jane was manipulating both Little Jane and me. That character gave me such a creepy vibe, and watching him made me feel so uncomfortable and suspicious. If the dark outfit was invented just for Tee to wear it—man, every single one of Tee's outfits has been absolutely spectacular. I absolutely hate that ever since the forbidden room scene, they've shoved THE DEMON STATUE into every single episode. That statue is ugly as hell (sorry to the person who sculpted it, but it really is ugly as hell), yet they kept showing it in every episode, and I had to constantly block it with my hands. Heng is way more handsome than that cheap-looking statue. I feel like there were moments where the sex scenes were totally unnecessary and just made me feel awkward. The only one I can accept is their first time in episode 6 before Big Jane leaves; the others were just too much for me, even though I get that both characters were horny. I like Tee and Heng, but I think the execution of the story they were given was terrible, and all the psychological drama and manipulation ended up feeling like a cheap Wattpad cliché. I hope they get a better story for their next project together because the actors have great on-screen chemistry. Plus, in their reaction videos and behind-the-scenes work, you can tell they're genuinely comfortable around each other and have a great friendship, so they should definitely capitalize on them as an acting duo with a good script. It really hurts that they wasted such a great storyline, especially considering the absolute banger of an OST they had.
Yeah that's classified information he can't reveal yet
So Nie Chuan is still undercover, but he knows A-yan's hidden agenda... These next few final episodes for next week are going to be so thrilling. So many secrets will be revealed.
During the scene where Little Jane goes back to Big Jane because he remembers him, my only thought was: it shouldn't be legal to be this handsome, Tee.
I thought Asamiya was the dumbest character in the BL this week, but then Hui Leuk To came along and basically said, "Hold my beer—I'm raising the stakes." What the hell? Does he really think he can do and say all that under the guise of securing investment and that Mok Fei Foon is going to be okay with it?
I have this question too. Depending on how you look at it, it looks like either a flower petal or a feather from…
Hey, I don't judge people for the gifts they give to the person they're in love with 😂. (I realize the guitar pick doesn't have much to do with the story, but I'm not judging. As long they are lovers , they can give each other whatever they like)
Gave it 4 episodes but i cant get over the acting. Between James feeling very unnatural and ken's actor always…
As for the acting, Boss left his previous job to start acting. Of course, he might seem a bit unnatural, but that's because he still has plenty of room to improve. Also, if you pair him with someone who is already established in the Lakorn industry, any flaws he might have will be seen more clearly. The cast includes actors who have been on screen for years and have established careers, so I understand why people might compare them. However, considering this is his first drama, I think he is doing a great job. Regarding the story pace, detective series are normally not continuous, and there will be a lot of interruptions because they usually don't want to spoon-feed the audience. They want to keep a few tricks up their sleeves so they can deliver a plot twist later on. Plus, they usually end every episode with a cliffhanger. But if you don't like it, don't force yourself—watch other series instead. There are plenty of other shows out there that you'll like.
I am paying really close attention to every details of the show, but I didn't understand what gift ken gave to…
I have this question too. Depending on how you look at it, it looks like either a flower petal or a feather from some flying creature. Yesterday, I even thought it might be a guitar pick 😅
wait is there a novel version. I only found manga? (if you read the novel, can u send as well)
This series is based on the novel In Love with an Idiot by Shui Qian Cheng (水千丞) and is part of the '188 Series' (or 188 Group). The '188' refers to the fact that all the male leads (MLs/Gongs) are exactly 188 cm tall (here is a link where is well explained the 188 series: https://www.reddit.com/r/DanmeiNovels/comments/sxs7lc/188_series_ultimate_guide_aka_dragging_other/ ). They later released a manhua version. The 188 Series is formed of 11 novels, which are the following: -Sissy -Grey Uncle and the Mixed-Blood Prince -Yet You're In Love with an Idiot -Professional Body Double -Beloved Enemy -My Little Poplar -Additional Inheritance -Years of Intoxication -Winner Takes All -Blazing Armour -Alpha Predator Although they share the same universe, each book functions as a standalone story and can be read independently. However, it is generally recommended to read them in order of publication to better understand the cameos by characters from previous books.
