right 😅... people hating on cdramas just to hate. imo both kdramas and cdramas are amazing i just simply named the best drama that i watched recently which was PoJ. undoubtedly, every aspect of PoJ was done miles better than Perfect Crown. However, this can be said about sooo many other dramas. off the top of my head WLGYT was so much better than PC. Both stacked casts, but one had an excellent script and the other fell short.

same universe. Fu Shize (ML) goes to the same highschool as Sang Yan and Wen Yifan from TFF. He is their junior by one year. Fu Shi Ze's nephew goes the the same school as Sang Zhi. If you can recall the boy that had a crush on Sang Zhi? Thats Fu Shi Ze's nephew!
WIMTM will probably will little to no cross referencing of the other two Nanwu dramas - esp since the connections arent as close as TFF and HL.
Like even though Sang Yan and Sang Zhi are siblings, there are no references to Wen Yi Fan by name (except for some easter eggs) and the tiniest mentions/ appearances (different actors) of Duan Jia Xu and Sang Zhi in TFF. Many people were disappointed with this, so i can only imagine how people will react if the HL/TFF characters are not even mentioned at all.
just finished. wasn't bad by any means but the 4 leads was what made the show watchable. i think perfect crown is the perfect example of no matter how star-studded a drama is, the plot itself has to match.
BWS and IU was my most anticipated k-pairing. the storyline was fine but just did not live up to the actors' standards. All the scenes themselves were great but something about the way they were all put together just didn't make me go "wow".
random example for the exact opposite of this was my most anticipated c-pairing of ZLH and TXW in Pursuit of Jade, which was phenomenal in every aspect.
Perfect Crown is not a bad drama but can I be honest and say that it didn't live up to my expectations?
