1. He ended up paying 14 billion won not 20 million won as earlier reported by fake news.
2. He got a tax refund for double taxation which does not happen in cases of tax evasion.
3.The NTS found no evidence of intention criminal tax evasion ,therefore he was not prosecuted or charged nor did he even receive the additional 40% penalty for undereported taxes which is given in cases of tax evasion.
His company was duly registered ,legal and had been paying taxes for years .The difference was a disagreement in interpretation of tax laws.Up till today there is no legal clarification concerning tax rates for one man agencies.
4.Multiple Korean celebs have had similar issues because of interpretative differences.
5. Groups have called for legislation to address the issue.

What is factual is that Fantagio had series of near bankruptcies,poor management,near stock delisting and change in managements for years.In 2018 eunwoo's group could not promote in korea because fantagio did not meet the criteria to promote a group.(They did not have a director that was licensed by korea's performing arts association which is needed by entertainment agencies to promote kpop grps) It negatively affected his grp Astro and they almost disbanded.
They had similar debts and near bankruptcies in 2021/2022. This was publicized .

Eunwoo's reason for forming an entertainment company as a back up to prevent his career being affected by fantagios problems is quite logical and factual.

All you have to google is how much did cha eunwoo eventually pay in April in his tax case .Your comment said [he coughed up 20 billion won].....but that is simply not true.The figures reported by the press were inflated. What he paid was 14 billion won. So simply to verify ,but you choose lies.

2.Tax laws regarding this issue are not well clarified.That is why no celeb with this issue has ever been prosecuted and jailed for tax evasion.Celebs do not want a long drawn out court case,so they settle.Netflix had tax issues and the korean tax org had to refund them 60 million dollars after a 6 yr case of "supposed tax evasion'".The tax orgs are not always right.

3. The company formed by his mom was a duly registered entertainment company and was not run from a restaurant but business complex which included a restaurant.Entertainment companies have to go through some courses ,training and on site inspection to be registered in korea. So no, it wasn't a dummy company despite you regurgitating filthy lies.
4.Yes ,he apologized to his fans/general public for the scandal not that he purposely evaded taxes.Something that all kcelebs do regardless of innocence or guilt.

5.Believe whatever you wish but do not spread lies,misinformation and falsehood because you can be sued for spreading lies.

I apologize for using those terms ,i just felt that the theme of the drama is super heroes saving the world from very evil people.Yes ,those symbols you mentioned are associated with evil,it's not conspiratorial or hidden(in the drama's context) ,it clearly shows us that the evil guys are up to no good.It isn't trying to get us to go support evil ,the good guys clearly triumph in the end, so i'm confused as to why you are concerned about the intent of the drama.
