Why did people think that a fantasy web toon with past lives, revenge, curses, murder, heartbreak, jealousy, mythical creatures ,love etc would be adapted into a fluffy romcom ? I hear people say they want the fluffy rom com back but who sold them that fluffy romcom story? How on earth does the writer tie up the story without some angst? The story is doing just fine. Thinking it would be a fluffy romcom was erroneous and wishful thinking especially if you read the web toon.

Basically you want a "write me my own version of the script". The ML isn't supposed to be a hero or save the FL. The focus of the drama is actually on the FL, she is the heroine and it's about how she navigates and thrives in a misogynistic culture without needing a man to save her. lastly if you had watched it properly instead of fast forwarding through and then coming to an ignorant conclusion, you would have realized that the prince not knowing how to do some basic stuff was by design .It was on the orders of the king because the king needed him to be "useless" so he wouldn't challenge him.

I quite agree . i believe if it was being binge watched it would be more exciting ,besides you can fast forward the less exciting scenes when binge watching. I'm certain more people will tune in when its completed . There is no kdrama that doesn't have "slower or boring episodes" but picks up again. I've always felt that the experience of watching a drama while airing vs binge watching is a bit different.

The world is much bigger than your narrow mindedness. lots of cultures have 16 yr olds getting married. A 7 yr difference is perfectly fine in lots of cultures and if you were born in those cultures ,it wouldn't be strange to you. Age of consent is 16 in lots of places ,even in some western countries. 16 yr olds go to join the army ,get transgender surgery, work and pay bills, take care of their families,go to college but GOD forbid they date. I'm all for protecting young girls, encouraging female education and preventing child marriages but a 16 yr old is not a kid in lots of societies and has consenting abilities.

It is a fantasy drama.weirdness is the underlying premise. if you think kissing a dog or a human changing into a dog is unwatchable and too weird ,then this drama isn't for you. people like to nitpick and act like they can write a better script ,when they've never written a single legible script. Honestly in what way would you write about a guy kissing a dog and it wouldn't be "weird"?
