I know right. I feel the same haha. I don’t mind flaws in the story and such, but the chemistry is definitely missing. ML is trying hard but the fl’s character (yes her character, not the actress herself) is just not it…

Honestly don’t find this as great as others cdramas of this genre and of this year. Not sure why it is not capturing my attention. Love in the clouds & The prisoner of beauty had me in a chokehold but Fated hearts somehow does not do the same. Currently at episode 8, so perhaps it will still get better for me… but if I read other comments it seems i’m in the minority.

Yes totally agree, she could have trusted her aunt more. Also I feel sad they never showed the reconcile scene for aunt/mom and daughter. The just skipped it and pretended it did not happen while the rest of the show was pretty well set up.

But how scary is the world in Korea. I can totally imagine the moms being actually scolding other children and protecting their own to get to the top like they did in this show. Really scary.

This was sooo much fun. Honestly, it's been a while since I've felt my heartthrob like this for a kdrama.

Yea YoYo translation was waaay too messy and gave me a headache. There is another channel with way better subs: Chinese TV Series Exclusive (although also Powered by YOYO).

He had to go back because she was the new target... He needed information from her and therefore, get close to het. So no, it was actually needed for the plot too. But surely I get where you come from, but after a while it actually does get quite nice. And it may not be everyone's taste so...

Omggg love it. He already had to win her heart the first time, so it surely must happen again! Just hope they won’t drag the storyline for the sake of having a second season tho ????

Finished it in one day on netflix, and I LOVE it!! Don’t expect a serious drama or understanding it as it has a lot of plot holes! But then again its a webdrama as well and it definitely suits the top! None of the characters were hateful, seriously I think everyone acted great. The chemistry between the lead was so good and now I found out they were in WGM together so I think they are genius to cast them!! Even loved the villain a lot that I occassionally felt bad for him. In overall if you are in for a laugh but also love and cry, you should watch it!

Thank you all for being so clear on why this drama may not be it. Saved me wasting my time. Although I love the lead actors a lot, will skip this one then.
