I agree with your sentiment regarding some of these actors getting type-cast especially someone like Earth (he has enough talent to tackle other roles imo) I just cant help but fault the director tbh its not the first time I criticize New’s works and his style because in the end it does heavily impact some of these actors’ overall performances for instance (despite not much of his story/part not airing yet) I have seen some criticism to Santa and his protrayal of Gun in P10Ls already due to New’s choices…but I know how capable and talented he is not to judge him based on one work (his upcoming series/performance with director Dome seems promising). I do think Sammy and Earth need to branch out more and away from New as they have good potential and hopefully not be stuck in one type of role. Actors need versatility to improve their range and performances over time after all.

I share the same sentiment in regards to his acting/performances…while he improved compared to his earlier works there is still much more room for improvement imo especially when it comes to his diction and tonality.

He only had a nosejob and he has always been pale but yeah the make up artists at gmmtv are guilty with the overly cakey/high spf foundation base they give their artists. Thai industry is obsessed with whitewashing their celebs unfortunately.

He only did his nose and he looks just fine with it.

I get what you mean by romatic/intimate/kissing scenes not having to depend only on the direction style as chemistry, familarity and trust between the two leads are also required to produce a good scene after all…I was just pointing out the issue with New Siwaj’s direction style and how it does influnece these scenes displayed by these couples.

A Pond Phuwin and Santa love triangle is funny given some of their interactions irl😂

Dont think they will show up in the YothaGun arc (it will be airing soon after this one finishes).

To be fair to them New (the director of this show) cant really direct/coordinate kissing/love scenes they just come off as too robotic/choreographed no matter who the couples are (seen the same issue in We Are too) I have 0 expectations for the remaining couples’ romantic/intimate scenes too 😅

I do hope the production team navigate this sensitive topic properly in the end such stories need to be told because truely many people are ignorant when it comes to age regression and other mental illnesses which stem from traumatic experiences.

I have seen some clowns on twitter say its “creepy” that an adult like Santa will be protraying a “7 year old” 😅 Like these people try so hard to champion themselves and pick the moral high ground behind their keyboards but in turn choose to diminish a whole “mental condition” deeming it as “creepy”💀
Like I’m glad most of the reactions to the trailer have been positive I have also seen this series on top of the most anticipated ones for many people but a small group of uneducated trolls are trying so hard to make this series into something “creepy” and it pisses me off so much.

The roles in the new series they are casted in are far different from anything they have done.

The director basically confirms that it wont be that much of a light series like the trailer suggested.

No idea tbh but I feel that this would air in the second half of 2025 given that both Santa and Perth (also Kay) will/ still be filming Perfect10liners, Revamp and Scarlet Heart. So I expect this to be airing towards the end of 2025.

This is very interesting hope they execute it well I have faith in the cast and the production team involved.
