This movie definitely deserves a 10 on MDL. But 8.6? Clearly they either didn't like the dark and gruesome undertone of the movie, or they didn't understand what it was about. This movie is a masterpiece. Probably one of the best movies ever made by Korea. The message about female oppression and objectification was awesome, the execution was awesome (storytelling in three parts and three different perspectives is really creative), and the acting was world class.
I have no motivation on watching anything so far....I started Witch's love because I have a girl crush with Soo…
Oh actually I watched a lot of his variety shows, performances, interviews and stuff, and I find his real personality to be similar to roboshin which is a good thing. I'm also looking forward to his future works where he'll play different personalities. I'm genuinely amazed by his acting because he's actually a shy and reserved person who struggles to do impromptu acting on tv shows. The fact that he's so professional in dramas shows how much hard work he has put to overcome his shyness. I'm totally a fan now tbh :D

Ikr :( I might even start comparing Seo Kang Joon's future roles with roboshin because he's too deeply embedded into my mind. Wish I could just stay in the world of this drama forever.
Ok I'm split between starting Thirty But Seventeen or this one. For those who are watching both series, which one is better or more worth watching? It seems they have similar genres and vibes so I want to know more about their differences.
I agree that people can have different viewpoints and they can like or dislike a show. Therefore I will just state my viewpoints one more time and sum everything up and move on.
1. About the drama being unrealistic Like a lot have said, this is marked under the fantasy genre, and it's probably more fantasy than it is sci-fi (since sci-fi is heavily based on scientific possibilities - depending on whether you think NS3 has emotions or not, this can be sci-fi or not sci-fi). If a person goes into this drama expecting it to be very close to reality, then they may be disappointed. So if you are considering whether to start this drama, you may take this point into consideration.
2. About So Bong and NS3 relationship There are many people who don't think the relationship works. Personally I find it ok because So Bong is ok with it and it's her relationship plus NS3 is a sentient being. Their relationship is pretty much the main thing about the story so again, if you're ok with robot + human romance def give this a try.
3. About the ending Since I'm writing this also for ppl who haven't watched the show, I won't go into the details. The ending does have a lot of plotholes (the definition of plotholes = things that were not explained). This heavily depends on whether you are ok with some things not being spelled out or some characters' futures not being wrapped up. The extent of how much something needs to be explained or left to our own imagination is pretty arbitrary and different people do have different expectations. I was one of the people who loved the ending.
This drama is basically a love story wrapped under occasional company politics, while exploring some life lessons about humanity (they never got as deep into the philosophy as many notable sci-fi productions like Blade Runner, but this is kdrama world so I'd lower my expectations). You may like this or hate this depending on your drama viewing taste and expectations, but given that a lot of people loved it, def still give it a try!
Sorry, but i think that beeing with a robot is totally imposible, i mean you can't do with it things that you…
First of all I respect your opinion, pal. This drama is marked as fantasy, and their relationship was established under the fact that So Bong doesn't mind if her partner is an android. If she loves him unconditionally and doesn't mind at all, then it's fine for me (maybe not for you though). If you didn't like it, chances are you're just not a fan of fantasy.
I was annoyed by the unnecessary drama in the last episode. Dr Oh saved Nam Sin 3 from the kill switch in like…
The mother actually inserted the chip before it was finished, that was why it was quick but didn't completely stop the switch. David had to get Nam Shin 3 to go over to his place to completely remove the kill switch
this drama was brilliant right uptill the last two episodes. the last 4 episodes killed it for me but still a…
I personally loved the last four episodes. Just putting another view out for people considering to watch this drama, you guys shd definitely still check it out!
It's interesting how people's opinion towards this drama is split in half. Some love it and regard it as one of their favorite shows, some hate it and think it ended terribly. The takeaway for me is that this is really the type of show that depends heavily on the taste of the viewer and their expectations. The situation is similar to WWWSK, which I hated but loved this one. Would say this show isn't bad, just not everyone's cup of tea. For those planning to watch it, it's better to explore if this is really the drama for you.
