Despite the good reviews and comments on here, why is it that everytime the ratings go up to 8 i wake up a few hours later and see it back down again? I feel bad for people who do not give this drama a chance. They’re missing out.

I follow this on Douban myself, most of the ratings are from day 1 of airing this drama, from fans of DC, they are unhappy about the cast change and the overall revamped look of the drama. If you are going to watch it, keep in mind this is a LA of the donghua and not some continuation of another drama. Otherwise there are other dramas that you can watch.

This drama, the cast and crew, they deserve more.. it’s heartbreaking to see the douban ratings. Many of the reviews didnt even give this drama a chance. Why is this happening?? (I know why!) i just needed a place to vent.

I’m really sad this drama is about to end. Even sadder it’s not “the end” and we might not see a LA version of the wars. I’ve been reading on weibo that the next season has been aborted due to this drama’s reception. 😭
