I don't think these actors would accept the casting offer if it actually dissed their own history even if it's fictional. Like imagine your country's famous periodical person (like a president for your reference) is said to be portrayed as a bad guy. Will your country's famous actors agree to play that role? Will they even be a part of such a project?
I might be biased here but Jung Hae In, Kim Hye Yoon In Na and other famous actors choosing such a drama is highly unlikely. Not to mention Jisoo's first drama as FL. I think they would be sensible enough to not accept offers if it was actually doing their history dirty.
um so jTBC says it's not about spies or intelligence agencies but the plot is something else altogether (that's what my small brain understood). why don't we all wait until the official plot and trailer gets released? or even an episode or two to base the accusations on something? funny how so many people have clairvoyance and started predicting and demanding cancellation. maybe the official statement wasn't convincing enough because they didn't want to give away anything yet (imo, they could've shared the actual plot tho). hope the situation clarifies. I feel we shouldn't judge before any official information is out.
