I actually agree to some extent with knetz but this situation is going beyond limits. They started attacking Mr. Queen and some upcoming dramas which "might have chinese adaptations" like Snowdrop, My Roomate is a gumiho, jirisan etc. Those dramas haven't even aired and there's no specific explanation what "chinese adaptations" would mean in those dramas. Mr. Queen saw a peak success, enjoyed by knetz but they say some reason to drag it down after all these time smh.

Regarding Joseon Exorcist, I think it was a right decision to cancel because of the way those characters were portrayed but I do not support netz in shading those upcoming dramas mentioned.

After the drama has aired and saw a huge success, knetz are not satisfied with the way the historical figures were portrayed. I feel that's ridiculous to drag the actors down now after everything is over. Why on earth did the K'netz keep silent all this time and attack now? This is like so many bullying controversies popping up outta nowhere. I was supportive of knetz regarding Joseon Exorcist but at this point it's simply getting more and more ridiculous, idk what to think.

I think it was a right choice to cancel it (not like it was a choice tbh) despite the loss because even my country won't tolerate the portrayal of our historically important people as weak or slaves. If someone who played a big role in fighting for freedom of my country is portrayed as serving the oppressor or having anything to do with them, we won't tolerate it even if it was just a fiction. Such could be said for anyone who was important historically. The drama could be entertaining for people who simply watch kdramas like us, but it won't be the case for netizens, who know their history well and take pride in it.
