I echo some of the sentiment regarding the Saizon couple. I do feel the production team needs to make it up with that couple at least in the next half of the episode, because if they don't show what happened after that cliffhanger kiss with SaiZon, it will look very sloppy coming back to them around episode 10. The only good thing about this episode is that Zee and Saint acted like they really like each other and aren't grossed out about kissing or acting out more adult scenes. Alas, I do hope next episode we get SaiZon (this is new to me cause I really didn't care for them, but the last two episodes their development was so cute and I wanted to see more)
No offense but i would like to see more Blue&Dew and Japan&TanThai than this main couple who repeating the same…
I hope they see the popularity of the drama and consider doing another season. It's quite a problem with Thai BLs that they want to cramp as many couples as possible to please fans, but it does the opposite imo.
Haha yeah, I remember making this observation when watching him in LBC, that he is so good at playing sweet and…
Yeah in LBC he was so adorably cute, but damn...all I want to say now is, "Saint go to your ROOM!" the mom in me is coming out. I knew he could do well in acting when I saw the sassy Saint coming out in Reminders, so I'm glad he is able to give himself more range in acting.
That is all...I'm dead...the kid's acting has really improved. WHO TOLD HIM HE CAN BE that NAUGHTY? I can't even watch this fully as I feel weird...he's like a child to me LOL
After waiting a few days after the release of episode 8 , the comments are kinda blowing up about the screen time…
I honestly think that the screen time hasn't been THAT bad. I know that fans want everyone to get equal time, but they need to get off the rainbow bubble and realize that it is almost impossible for two couples or even 4 (like here) to get equal screen time. Sadly, the more popular actor/couple would be getting more screen time to guarantee views. It's a business after all. I find that WHY R U has one of the most balanced screen times though. Each couple has had screen times in each episode, and yes while Saizon have not had AS MUCH in the beginning episodes, they have dominated most of the last two episodes, which makes up for the lack of content we got initially.
Also, it makes sense that their couple takes LONGER to get together as they are paced differently. Tutor and Fighter are the more dominant, hot, need to get laid type of couple, while Zon is unsure of his feelings and still believes he is in a fiction (well up until episode 6) and they are kind of puppy love stage. Either way, I am actually kind of happy with the Saizon couple, their development has been closer to reality (minus some eye-rolling things)
either way, the drama has been pretty decent in regards to the two main couples. The side coupled (side dishes) on the other hand...poor them. I want to see more Japan couple.
I have a question. I heard a few rumours on Twitter that apparently there is going to be a lesbian couple in this…
Unless it comes from an official source, I wouldn't put too much stake on the rumor. I have not seen anything around twitter from any of the official sites. I do vaguely remember watching a trailer for one of the BLs coming out this year where there was a lesbian couple, but I don't think it was this one.
This wasn't bad. Reading some of the comments I thought it would be horrible, but this is reminiscent of Make it right (the first season that is) The acting is amateurish for sure, but it's not unwatchable. The actors are adorable and some are actually playing characters that fit their age. Of course this drama could be better, but again, it isn't that bad. I also realized that they are sort of doing the same story telling as HIStory series, with more than one story. I find that this is a good way to flush out things and properly develop a couple if done properly. Lets hope it gets better.
Sadly its likely that it would continue like that,bc the side couples actually didnt happen in that timeline in…
yes unfortunately Thai Bls tend to do this a lot. Wish they would develop a couple properly and not try to give every single couple airing time. It just cheapens the experience to me.
I watched this episode a second time, because initially due to the bad editing, I wasn't concentrating on it as I should. This episode imo solidified that Saifan and Zon has better development than Tutor and Fighter. I'm not saying Tutor and Fighter aren't great, but I find that Saifah and Zon's development is more realistic. The issue lies in that the series has real choppy editing and bad translations and going to different Thai Subbers and Analyzing what they had to say, I could form a better understanding of the series. For instance this person sort of breaks down a lot of the misunderstanding in the dialogues. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sSHkdYRHRlc
I have a better appreciation for Saifah and Zon than I did before. With better editing and translation, I think I would have been into them more initially. It also helps that I am a sucker for sweet and tender gestures more than in your face making out. Nothing wrong with making out and such ^_^
Ugg i hate to say it, but I still find Tine dis-likable (I'm sure I'll come around to him later, but right now I just want to smack him upside the head)...I missed Green (>.<) and it was kind of weird having Drake and Frank come out of nowhere like that. I mean they are adorable kids, but their scenes felt disjointed. It's interesting that this is the first time that I have found both this drama and WHYRU having some disconnecting scenes. Both episodes in each drama wasn't bad, just wasn't executed properly. Forever loving Sarawat though...guy's got it bad for Tine.
finally watched the episode. Got to say that this appears to be an episode that was probably filmed earlier than the others. It seemed a bit disconnected and low on the acting compared to the other episodes. Still enjoyable, but there were some wasted scenes. I'm really liking Saifah and Zon, usually it's hard for me to like more than one couple in a show, but they are so adorable and though their pace may seem "slow" to some, it kind of feels like how some people could fall in love. It's not rushed. The Tutor/Fighter scenes in the concert were the parts I felt were disconnected from the rest of the episode. IT seemed like they just threw something in the air and told the actors, "have at it," the jealous part could have been better executed imo. Also, if they are going to make the case of 800 light sticks, but only show like the same 15 cast members, makes the concert seems ridiculous LOL>..<

He's so on time-out chair!
