I'm tethering between 9 and 9.5 because for me the BL content was secondary. I loved the plot and character development and that we got romance as a secondary plot was actually nice. They did it well as it feels like a proper drama that did not just concentrating on the BL aspect.
Manner of death was good as well, but I ended up not liking the ending and the way they wrapped up some of the stories. They had so much to work with, but it felt rushed. I am hoping they don't do the same with Triage.
MoD had major issues with the way that the story was told, but it was still far better than most BLs that came out at the time. Triage took what MoD did wrong and fixed it.

MOD as Africanbarbhie said was actually promoted to international fans and it was released on different platforms without the windwo of time for watching being an hour after release. I also think that TV thunder isn't really that interested in international fans as they are with domestic fans. A lot of their shows aren't geared towards international fans. Triage is number one in Thailand even without the promotion to outside sources.

It seems like at first they were hinting at it with the Italian mafia. Part of is seems to be casinos and drugs, but this isn't that clear which makes the plot so weak. I wanted to see more underworld stuff going on and betrayel/corruption. There is so much they could have done with this genre. My Apo is the only saving grace in that series.

This is good. It all depends on your personal preference. I enjoyed KP in the beginning, but by episode 7 I was not into it due to the lack of plot development and very little character development as well. So, if you are into a story that is very plot driven, then this will actually be to your liking. Also, chemistry wise, everyone plays off each other very well here too.
