Title Character Spoiler
what's confusing you? i thought it was pretty clear
This is what i replied to other user: Morozumi was the real killer but the ending symbolizes how they kinda became one, since Morozumi inspired Keigo with the first murder (was his "fan") and then the tables have turned and Morozumi became inspired by Keigo (thus becoming his fan). Also, it's said by Morozumi in the movie how Keigo "enjoys" killing families of four in his manga, and it can be viewed as that Keigo came up with the murders and Morozumi then executed them.As to why Morozumi asks 'Who am I?' it's because he doesn't legally have any identity and he himself sees equality sign between him and Keigo (or Keigo's character to be precise, hence the name of the movie). Henmi is still on the loose and he's the one stalking Natsumi, as he's Morozumi's fan still, so it is possible that inevitable will become true ' There us no end to murder cases' as Seida told Keigo.
