Yes - I also think that Moh is at the center of the plot. She is the mastermind. I do think that she poisoned Hae- in that could have caused the cancer too along with the miscarriage. Ms. Moh knew that YES liked Haein and probably wanted to get rid of her because of her son. She is THE DEVIL.

It is possible with the food she is eating at her inlaws could have reversed some of the poison and recuperating and that is the reason for her not to have a memory loss or sensory loss as what her doctor told that she would have. Since she has not had any, could it be that some of the cancer brain cells have also died, without causing her any harm? Could be, not a doctor but an optimist.

From the preview, it looks like she is against the surgery, as she does not want to lose her memories. Will have to see if she goes through the plan or runs away .

Don't like the Amnesia trope either, but in this case, if she has the surgery, could they save the hippocampus to let her not have any amnesia. Hoping.........

Hyunwoo video message recording was beautiful. What I liked the most was the bonding between the MIL and DIL with the hug and wishful blessing for a recovery. The families bonding together to keep the secret even though it would be disastrous. What I hated the most was Ms. Moh coveting what was not hers, and the stupid son of hers going with her plan and throwing a wrench into the recovery of the OTP couple by being the third wheel.

Why is everybody complaining - Ep 13 is such a wonderful episode. We see growth in characters, generosity, love, caring, helping each other out, deceit, building up a case to catch the crooks, and GRACE of course - the two timing witch.

probably they do, but may be story gets changed mid way and since most of them are paid for the entire drama - they might stick with it. I just started watching cdramas recently and to me, the conversation feels like they are fighting all the time, even in normal conversation. Not like kdramas for sure.
I watched a couple of episodes and yang yang acting was to act stupid, and his girlfriend/ wife / ex-wife to be the smarty pants. Definitely not worth my time.

It was disgusting seeing the FL's mother being so domineering in the household, and it probably a culture thing (Tiger mom), but it did affect the children. FL being adopted made it worse. It felt like FL 's brother liked FL as a woman / partner and was trying to find her . No wonder the mom wanted her to change her last name when she was young.

The mom doing all those despicable things to the ML and the ML forgiving and the mom not getting her comeuppance was not enough. She needed to be behind bars for a lot longer for screwing up someone's future.

Loved the simple wedding and her silver tiara. She deserved it. It felt that the FL was more free outside of the circle of her mother and always tongue tied when she had to say something to her mom especially with all the crap about raising her and paying for her. IF they could not do it, they should not have adopted a child.

ML 's household and members were a delight to see vs. the FL's family. Whether it was eating, hanging out or discussing - it felt like a real family vs. the same with the other which was suffocating . Enjoyed the SIL's acting. Want to see SIL as main lead. The FL lead was so so for me. But the ML lead was better than the FL .

Anyway, a good drama, enjoyable for the most part. Great rescue mission and loved the camaraderie of the Firestation buddies.

you are right about that. Wish they would not do that. It is like the fashion show where everyone uses the same color for the year. Just imagine how the fashion show would be if those creators did not change and mix other colors with it. Boring!! Hope these writers get off their high horse and make theri dramas different and not the same tropes and same stories.

True. Are you guys watching the Queen of Tears? Her cancer started waay in the beginning of the drama. And of course there will be a miracle and a cure. I don't want the FL to die.

I am a binge watcher - so I hate to watch after the show has aired since I will put all my tasks aside until I finish the drama.

Watched "You are my glory" and "Fireworks from my heart" both cdrama and very exceptional.
Loved Yan Yan 's acting very much. Became a huge fan.

I guess they don't have time to read these comments about the trashy characters or the disassociated story line they create. Since the y are more concerned about the ratings, once it starts going to a certain percentage, they just throw the story in the kitchen sink will all the trash until it compost. We were taught to learn from the wise and the past. Looks like these writers were not indulged in that kind of training.

I started watching the next weekender. Will see if it is a crazy writer or has she corrected herself from YLAG. But I might stop if the story gets bad.

Without a doubt. It is so hard to find love like that - so one should cherish and grow with it. Throwing it away shows how incompetent you are as a person and how undeserving Hyoshim is to receive Taeho's love.

Hey folks - Even though this drama air burst flat with the writer's direction, I had a great time reading all of your comments and replying to them or talking about the drama. I am least interested if HS marries TH or not, because What I would be envisioning is when is this girl going to run AGAIN! From the preview, there is another time skip and TH finding HS is not alluring any more. OK. Been there, done that.

Since I was disgusted with both THRC and LYOL, I am going to hibernate and take a good break from kDrama. (@Bloomingtide - have seen others with good direction and great endings without inflating the makjang to just increase the ratings).

Wish you all a wonder kDrama season.... and hope things change for the better. I would rather use the same time and effort I put into these dramas and chat into something more useful .
