these kids can't ever catch a break omg.. i knew this show would be emotional but GOD DAMN. these people are making me wanna run fades 24/7 bc of the freaking rage bait. idk how my girl qiao qingyu didn't crash out earlier in the series bc i would've been like the momma fr! momma had some good acting bc she was pmo left to right, i swear it was so hard for me to side w her. i really thought that the parents were the ones to blame but it was lowk js the dad and his stupid family, like girl i wanna catch all of y'all outside rn. i think my fav character is either ming sheng or wang mumu bc both of them were so adorbs (we all knew mumu wanted sheng idk who she was tryna convince that she didn't want that cookie..) and ming sheng was such a green flag! idk if i ever thought that he would like switch up on the dad but i'm glad he did bc my boi is such a cutie patootie. that ending lowk pmo bc yeah yeah i wanted them to kiss but i couldn't see no wedding? :( anyway it was a really good show and i'm surprised how much grinding i did to catch up on daily releases! i was gonna initially rate this an 8/10 but nah we switchin it up bc of the last few episodes. idk if y'all expected more spoilers or key points from my review but you needa watch the show yourself to really get the hype!!

CHEFS KISS *mwah*

this show had me addicted and made me come back to continue watching episodes day by day. i literally never missed an episode and nothing was going to keep me from watching it. i have never seen a show that has something to do with shamans but this idea was probably the most creative thing i have seen so far. yeomwha pmo bro i swear every 2 seconds i wanted to punch her off my screen. bong-su or jang yoon-bo (spoiler) was a very funny character and def my fav. when he took over gyeon-yu's body at the start, it had me giggling in my bed like a crazy person. gyeon-yu and seong-a have crazy chemistry and i need another show with there actors rn. i hated that there was a love triangle but it was bound to happen :( my boi ji-ho deserved someone like me bru #needthat hehe. anyway i'm not gonna say nothing too crazy but this show was such a fun experience and i will be missing weekly episodes (at least we'll see cho yi-hyun in aouad 2 >:) )

holy rollercoaster..

i just finished watching this show not even 10 minutes ago and there are still tears coming out of my eyes. i decided i wanted to watch a kdrama bc maybe they would be as good as cdramas? (i now regret starting with this show) i have no idea why this would be my first ever kdrama but yk its fine.. anyway the story is overall really good although they made me hate my girl yi rim.. i was really worried about that age gap between heedo and yijin but it was good while it lasted. i love how heedo was able to mature by being out of high school and stuff (idk). as much as i wanted heedo and yijin to be end game, i think that they wouldn't have worked out because of what she had mentioned in their break up, "i've already gone through this before with my mom." (it was along the lines of that but wtv) my point is they would've ended what they had going on. i loved yirim and her man tgggg omg they were so cute!! the other girl (i forgot her name) was also such a mood bro omg.. like i loved how she got yijins little brother's number even though it had been years and she was at her dad's funeral. (im telling yall i woulda prolly done the same thing) overall, it was such a beautiful drama and i will never be watching it again due to heartbreak! (i don't need to end up in therapy)

too much going on

okay so honestly it wasn't really that bad but it felt very dragged, like maybe 12 episodes would've been fine. but 16? it was kind of losing me by the 10th or 11th episode ngl. i lowkey hate that she had a disability and we just skipped over it per say. we only really saw her be in a wheel chair for 1 episode (please disregard my bad memory, i did not in fact pick this drama up again til now) like in later episodes we saw that she got hit by a vehicle but never put into a wheel chair again? idk if i'm really focusing on the right thing but it didn't really make any sense because that how she initially she paralyzed. also it high key made me upset when she just kept pushing and pushing him away. like yeah we know you want to protect him or whatever but she just kept falling more in love with him each time without realizing it was fate doing its magic. home girl over here yapping about some "oh yeah were not meant for each other" how oblivious can u be.. (its the woke part of me speaking bc what?) that guy who was supposed to be the bad guy actually made me so mad because how was he not caught in less than like 8 episodes.. justice for my man kim tae seong bc he deserved so much better, like where is his girl at mane (yall are looking at her right here) my man byeon woo-seok did his job tho (looking fine as ever) he was so adorbs. FL did not deserve any of the boys that chased after her because they were both good guys and loved her a lot. ngl i couldn't choose between sun jae and tae seong.. also i love that sun jae would try to act nonchalant but would turn around to smile, that was definitely one of the best things i've seen. honestly other than that it was very gut wrenching (i sobbed during maybe all of the episodes). would i recommend it? yes but no, if u like them going back and forth then okay. the actors did what they needed to do but the story was kind of insufferable with the back and forth between everything and it does get tiring to watch as a viewer, but am i a pro drama enthusiast? absolutely not. was it worth the hype? no not really but i did enjoy having my heart torn apart and put back together.

CRYING!!

i absolutely have so much love for this drama and cast. the casting directors did their jobs because the way the actors portrayed their characters so accurately definitely blew me away. props to u yeon's actor because she did a great job on giving us the teenager we needed!! i think the only thing that really threw me off was whenever u yeon was like "i think im starting to hate you" about gi jeong but honestly i get it because she was insecure and thats why i say props to her actor because when we needed her to do her job, she did it!! obviously everyone else did so so good and i will be watching more of their dramas ASAP!! 10/10!!

wild ride

okay so im very glad that this show did not surpass 14 episodes bc they were dragging it on. i am definitely one for pace but it felt like they kept trying to add on to the plot when it was already lacking a lot. i had a lot of times where i genuinely did not care to watch bc it felt like filler minutes. me and my mom started watching it tg and there was a lot of debriefs at times bc of misunderstandings and just stupid stuff. now im not gonna criticize the show for having those bc thats how humans are but gosh.. anyway i liked the enemies to lovers vibe between the FL and ML but the ending felt very rushed. it was like yay us the main couple got together, now lets get them engaged.. dude didn't they start dating like 2 seconds ago? also president han and his ex wife had me so confused bc i was like, "so are they gonna get back tg or what?" the tension killed me but he ended up w u-ri? everything felt kinda rushed and left me feeling confused. anyway im giving this show a 6 bc i wanted more depth and i felt like it didn't give me what i needed. (also don't judge me for how i rated this show bc i am just a teenage girl who has her opinions 💔)

ooo okay i see u japan!

as much as i loved this show, let me say that i could not stop comparing it to the korean version. yes they are 2 very seperate but similar shows and thats on me. anyway, i really did like this show and i wish they gave us more of a big ending bc yes they did end up tg but i wanted some kids 💔. i liked the ML's character and actor. he was on top of his game and i will be checking into more of his dramas. i feel like everyone in the show did their big one and not just the leads bc reina and tomoya had be fed up! i really loved the concept of like the book in a room and like rewriting the story bc it did fit the theme of the show anyway. also the scene where reina had messed up misa and tomoya's engagement by announcing her "pregnancy" was phenomenal. it was very curated ig? idk how to explain it but them (misa and reina) being on stage while wataru was watching felt so satisfying. misa finally lived her dreams of being on stage :) this show will get a 9/10 for me js bc i felt like it needed more (idk what) but it was a very great adaptation.

i have so much love in my heart for this show. yes i am usually a very easily pleased person but this definitely touched my heart 😏. jung-rok was such a green flag but this dude was acting too nonchalant at times and it lowk pmo. jin-shim is my sweetie pie and im glad jung-rok realised that and didn't make her change. instead he changed for the better!! the boss of the law firm was so freaking funny but it was so weird to see him play a good character bc the last time i seen him, he was in good boy. fav couple was probaly mr choi and ms dan bc they matched each others freaks and i so loved that for them. also mr lee and ms yang were adorbs as well and the way mr lee was so gentle w ms yang was admirable (putting that in my standards for men list hehe) hard launch at the end satisfied me but i wish we had seen more of jung-rok and jin-shim's life after dating in the public eye. i am very proud of this show and will start obsessing over lee dong-wok and yoo in-na!! (also their chemistry needs to be studied bc it is top notch)

honestly i really loved it at first!! the humor was top notch and i was giggling like a crazy person while i was in bed. i don't regret choosing to watch it. i think i started to get more frustrated with the FL and ML bc they kept making up and breaking up.. like bro why can we not be honest. over the course of like episode 9-12, it got very tiring to see the same thing happen over and over again (it def rage baited me so many times) story was alright tbh. fav character is probably bok gyu-hyeon even though he was kinda mean to kim ji-uk.. but girl i understood bc he only wanted to please his mom :(( anyway i would say that it is worth watching if u dont get tired of people being off and on (im sorry y'all im not that type of person to enjoy it bc lets pls stay tg even tho off and on is kinda realistic but still its a kdrama)

okay so I watched this a couple of months back, and it was like all the episodes in like 5 separate videos. thats not my point but had to let yall know. as much as I didn't wanna be that person like "oh yeah the main character is annoying" I hate to break ur bubbles bc she was very much so. she came around but she was very much pushing my buttons. i'm really glad her uncle got his huzz bc they were probably the cutest things about the whole show. the main characters man was lowk meh, I don't really know how to describe him other than that tbh. crying screaming throwing up..

the amount of toilet paper that needed to be used was insane.. this show was so great!! it could've been better (letting my boi live) but honestly maybe it was for the best? (ig)? i took like a couple breaks from watching bc i am smart enough to take on like 5 shows at once (i don't recommend) so don't do that. my point is it was so easy to get back into and i didn't really have much trouble trying to be invested in it (sometimes my attention span is not the best so its a win for me). i'm not even gonna lie the best thing was that she didn't go back to zhan yu (cesar wu idk if that's the characters name but anyway) bc i didn't personally think he really matched her vibe anyway. he was a big dookie and deserved that girl bsf that was a dookie too. i so so wish that she would've known abt zhang wansen's actions earlier but ig it adds to the plot or whatnot. maizi was high key the most loyalist friend i've seen so far bc especially in the big 25 u don't see very much loyal people (most people are fake if you couldn't tell what i was saying) but i love him (he was such a mood tbh). when i catch u mr lei its on sight!! how u gonna let baby daddy fall off of a freaking LIGHT HOUSE.. boi u got some trouble coming towards u.. zhang wansen's love letter broke me worse than me spending money on clothes bc WHAT. hes so babygirl coded and we should've protected him at all costs.. a little late to the trend but i made it :)

omg this show has been on my watch list for a while now and i somehow binged it in 2 days. the first night watching the first 2 episodes was so fun!! i was giggling sm!! i love the overall vibe of it and i finally didn't spoil it for myself by watching edits (i love doing that btw) all of the characters are so loveable even if they do smth bad bc its like, "yes i want to hate them, but they have such a good vibe!" i kinda wish that shim ha-ri told kang tae-moo her identity earlier but him falling for her anyway was luck tbh. cha sung-hoon and jin young-seo were so adorable and they need their own show asap bc i felt like they didn't have enough screentime :( also when cha sung-hoon wasn't upset at jin young-seo bc she forgot abt their steamy night, and he was like, "i'll make sure this time you won't forget." i was like, "oh this man can get it fr!!" tae-moo and ha-ri's relationship was so so healthy omg i need that. the fact that they balance each other out is so satisfying to watch and its an example people need to relate back to. overall i would give this show a 9.5 just bc there was so much filler minutes and people i didn't care to pay attention to.
