hey! well i've read it a long time ago so i might not remember all of it but here's some:
- baku and baekjin are not childhood friends, baku's only childhood friend in the webtoon si gotak. baku and baekjin first met when they had a 1v1 in middle school i think. - baku didn't teach baekjin how to fight. baekjin learned how to fight due to the environment that he was in and due to his tragic backstory as well. - baku and sieun were not able to win against baekjin - this just makes him the strongest fighter among all of them. he is also called the number one delinquent in the union and has never once lost. he's the founder and the very leader of the union, which he intended to use for revenge to his stepfather (again connected to his backstory), and also for illegal businesses for money. so i don't know why in the drama, they made him into this somewhat weak person and is reporting to an unknown leader. he was a badass and an unbeatable person in the webtoon. - suho was transferred to a different hospital when he was in a coma, and he didn't contact sieun even when he woke up. they only met at the very end of the webtoon which im guessing was years after. - the reason for baekjin's death in the webtoon was because he was hit by a truck 💀

as someone who has read the webtoon years ago...
1. in the webtoon, na baek jin's death was really disappointing because he died when he was hit by the truck. but im guessing in the drama, the reason was the gang leader or something because he only laughed when seong je told him that he could not contact baek jin.
2. even though the others fought with baek jin, they still didn't want to him dead... so i guess that's why they cried, he was only the same age as them too
3. in the webtoon, baek jin had a very sad backstory. it was not mentioned in the drama but he and his mother were constantly abused by his stepfather, to the point where his mother needed to go to the hospital and eventually die. after that, his father ran away and he became an orphan. his backstory was really tragic but this will still not justify his wrong is actions
4. based on what i understood from the drama, they were bffs before and since baku didn't want to fight anymore, they had to go their separate paths.. and baku wasn't there to guide baek jin just like how he is doing with his current friends. however, in the webtoon, they were never childhood friends and only met in middle school where they started to fight 1v1
If you want to watch something light and fluffy, then this is for you! You don't have to think too much when you watch this drama, it just intends to give you a good laugh :) I don't know why the rating is so low but this is a good drama, i really reco watching this!!
Hyunbin is a freaking genius and I think all the watchers will agree but not a lot of people are talking enough…
HYUNBIN IS ON ANOTHER LEVEL!! the man can listen to a strategy once and master it already.. is he even human lol 🤣 also, dohyun was a great strategist too! i don't think people noticed but he always comes up with a strategy to every game. the loud one was good too , just a little slow, but the last one was just so-so compared to others there imo
