This is not at all related to the show I also have yet to start, but I sincerely love you re-emphasizing that…
well that is interesting. i dislike AI as well. it has ruined not only our media but our minds which sucks because there are times when you can tell that the dialogue has been written by AI. like what happened to this thing called creativity?
i came here to see if i should watch this show or not but all i see is people complaining about thai actors who are not fluent in french speaking the language! like is this show good or not!? and pls don't tell me that they are not able to speak french fluently cause i'd like ya'll to suddenly start speaking a foreign language fluently!
it's ironic how so many people will watch a show like this and condemn mirae's coworkers for siding with her abuser, yet in real life, when news about a male celebrity being an abuser breaks, they rush to defend their beloved male celebrity and blame the victim instead.
while Khanin annoys me the most, it's still not about Calvin "knowing" his royal status or Khanin getting adapted…
has khanin ever put in any sort of effort? he doesn’t even take his lessons seriously. he doesn’t even like fencing much and doesn’t pay heed to training despite the fact that he had been fencing way before he knew he was a prince. ramil works hard for everything so it makes sense that he’s frustrated that the heir is an incompetent bafoon when ramil and ava are both better suited for that position. even chakri would do a better job than khanin.
the activism in this show is so surface level and performative.. they should've just not engaged with it at all. khanin is the most annoying character in any show ever. khanin saying that 'these roles should not be imposed' as if he has said something so profound that has not ever been said by anyone before... like shut up. i've never seen such an incompetent character ever. compared to him, calvin is a much better depiction of a 'prince'. and i know what you'll say- 'you cannot compare khanin to calvin because calvin has always known he was a prince' sure calvin has always known his royal status BUT khanin seems to assimilate into the royal culture pretty well but that only extends to ordering around servants, charan and getting exactly what he wants and not to doing something good or even borderline useful. he keeps getting injured and poisoned because as i said, he is very incompetent. at this point he has no personality outside being infatuated with charan and he only uses his powers to make sure charan does not leave him. meh.
i will say though, that the ramilpatayi scene was pretty intriguing. they are both very interesting characters and i hope we can get to know more about them. although their screentime is next to nothing in each episode which really sucks.
can anyone tell me what exactly happened in the flashback in ep 6? what is the deal with miji and her ex? and why didn't hosu tell that secret to miji?
