nah tbh all the chinese and literally any asian that's living in US or abroad is muscular and not at all like they are in their own country, i can bet that most aren't even that conscious of their weight as the celebrities are. the stereotypes in this country are god so fucked up. and well dude why would an actor's weight depend on his show? he's not gay, infact he was healthier when he did that drama, obviously the companies forced him to lose weight. my cousin's an actor and he's very muscular and fit, despite that people called him fat?! this media industry is just very brutal.
