All this scenes show that she doesn't hate him and cares about him to certain extend, none of them convince me that she is in love with him and loves him deeply. I get that she needed to have feelings for him for the nails to grow, but I only believe it because they told me, I still don't feel it when watch her interactions with him

I'm in ep 33 and I still don't feel that the FM is in love with the ML. Sure, she feels guilt and compassion, but love? I just don't buy it. A pity, as a love the drama in every other regard

BLY knew the man was dangerous. He begged him to allowed him (BLY, as his stepson) to go into the army instead of GH, so that GH could follow his dream to be a businessman. I think BLY felt guilty for breaking up with GH by making him believe he had died, so he did this to make sure GH had a happy life.

The general agreed because after the incident where his son almost died, he became softer and didn't want to risk something happening to GH in the army.

I recommend Manner of Death. The plot cant be more different, but both leads are manly and strong. I dont like it when they make the "bottom" feminine traits

Yes they do. Don’t listen to the haters. They are together at the end of the first season. BLY’s exgirlfriend appears in the last 5 seconds of the last episode. Sadly, the series was cancelled due to China antigay regulations. But the last episode is very satisfying.
They also ended up together in the novel, they marry each other in the end after a 8 years time skip

The main actor is great, but he's too old. I can buy him as a 20 something year old, so he comes across as an idiot more often than not
