it is lacking something but i don't know what it is
I get what you mean. I had that feeling as well despite how much I like the drama. Somewhat like a delicious Soufflé that failed to fully rise in the oven.
So, sort of a remake of the Tom Cruise movie "Collateral".Also, the character of mother chasing the killer of…
Its a total rip of collateral with a few minor changes. Collateral is a classic and one of the best TC and Jamie Foxx movies. Both LSM and YYS are brilliant actors though. So gonna watch to see was popping.
Suffice to say, Nobleman's doctors will be having some serious explaining to make to the business end of his gun soon! I thoroughly enjoyed this amazing drama and KSH nailed everything you'd love to see in a likable chingu psycho hitman with an IQ of 250+ and dimples to die for. Give me a prequel and then a sequel, as long as KSH is all over it like white on rice, I'll be there with my chopsticks! KKW brought his brilliant self as the quintessential demented cheabol's son who got blown away in a most poetic fashion. The vein of humor running through this drama, especially the english conversations, was wild. As for Kang Tae Ju, I see a very promising actor. He was the perfect foil to KSH and the chemistry clicked. KTJ walking up to the little budding terrorist and bitch-slapping her was one of the highlights of the movie. A really enjoyable watch with a tightly written script and layered plot that grabs you and does not let go until the final credit rolls away and you find yourself with a KSH style chuckle while wondering at the fate of the unfortunate soul who wrote the prescription for those multivitamins. I give this gem a solid 10 across board and a 10+ for rewatch value.
EP6 ending came so loaded with such a sizzling and explosive irony, the mushroom shockwave will finally crack the foundations of S1 wide open and may very well finally break the chief protagonist's spirit in order to save whatever/whoever is worth saving in S2.
I am still stupefied by the total mess and embarrassment of this drama. The showrunners basically gave up on any attempt to produce anything with substances in exchange for letting the leads showcase how good they look in make-up.
I'm half expecting Kim Seon Ho to pop out some wicked looking fangs in that second still😁. He's got that whole 'I'm going to enjoy making you suffer before killing you' vibe on lockdown
Witty?? First still, he looks deadly creepy asf! Second still - he looks like a contemplative head or heart shot killer with a dimple. Hope this drama is as damn good as Kim Seon Ho looks here.
#TeamYoHanKim GaOn is the most useless, weak, self righteous goody2shoes masquerading as a good person character.…
This sums it Kim Ga Hon perfectly. Very irritating. Everything about him was upside down. He is the sole reason this drama scores a very dismal 2/10 on the rewatch value meter. Throw in Kim GaHon's cop girlfriend into his gag inducing story arch, and its a very high 8/10 on the Almost-Dropped-It-Meter. Whatever nerves that got strained to breaking point by these 2 high level cringites, will be adequately restored by Yo Han, the president and the live court scene.

What a colossal waste of an otherwise brilliant character ensemble! The dull and disjointed plot and storyline lacked coherence and any chemistry between the characters was sacrificed to rather bland repetitive visuals and cinematography. Very disappointing.
