Bruh, the girl friend apologized for trying to force him to come out. I was like "Okay! I like her then!" then she sent him sex toys and I- LOL but this is a really cute drama so far!
Honestly I think that people were just setting their expectations way too high for this show. Its like any other BL to me? I like it so far! If you come in expecting something more than what it is, you'll just be disappointed.
It's a bit sad to see the negative comments. The show is a GMM show. Let's be honest people watched it because it was from GMMTV. We all know that GMMTV attracts a huge audience because of BL, but you need to admit that their shows are by no means perfect. The drama never once said that it was a "BL" it just said that it would have some LGBTQ+ content. Which is did, the KimWay subplot was LGBTQ+ content. The main story with all its plot twists... I mean, what did you expect from a body swap show? It needs have plot twists and draggy scenes to keep the show going. The acting? It was amazing. The comedy? Alright... the tragedy? It didn't mix well with the comedy but it was there. The message? They tried to impart a message to viewers. It's the thought that counts. The ending? Well, GMM has recently been having a few uh... not very passionate endings... so it's an expected for Shipper to have a less then romantic ending as well. Overall, the show was exactly what I expect/wanted and more from a GMM show. I really enjoyed it!
Ignoring how fun this love pentagon is to watch... You gotta admit, this would be a super sucky situation for everyone involved. Heck, having just ONE person like you is hard enough. TWO? It's a mess where everyone doesn't know how to sort out their emotions... THREE? FOUR? That's like a double KO right there... Add a daughter and son to the mix and chaos. THEN, most of these people have history together... we have a ticking time bomb. Add a overly possessive beech, money, fame, and work into the mix... and now you have an atomic bomb ready to explode any second. Like it's fun to watch in a drama, but if this happened to anyone in real life, damn thats gonna scar them for a while.
I really liked the thought and effort the movie tried to show. It went through many issues such as LGBTQ, parents, the AIDS epidemic, peer pressure. HOWEVER, THE PEDOPHILIA- She's in 10th grade, that's not of age yet, I'm okay with huge age gaps but when its a minor and an adult it's just... Yes, the movie isn't sexualizing it in any way, but just romanticizing it in any way made me super uncomfortable.
So a few things I would like to say to every flipping character in this story... 1. Men/Women are not objects. Just cuz you like someone and you're too much a coward to tell them does not give you the right to mess with their personal life. 2. Apparently being pretty is a crime and means that you're an evil beech who wants to seduce everyone... noted. 3. Apparently every man in this drama falls in love after seeing a pretty face for a second. 4. Apparently, being together in the same car or eating together means that people are 100% dating. 5. Apparently, you just need to be related to a CEO in order to inherit a company. No, that's not how large corporations work and I'll never understand why every single drama loves to use this as a plot device.
Overall, I'm having a hard time liking this drama. However, most lakorns grow on you over time and I've only seen 3 eps so I'll see if I can make it through to the end :)
