Sorry but I didn't like this episode. Things felt a bit rushed and the lingering issues I have with this series…
Yes! It was, it didn't really feel like the other episodes. There was something really rushed about it. Felt a bit cheap to me (like not budget wise, but just... idk how to describe it) But I still like it!
Pick-up apps usually confine conversation to asking for additional dick pics and coordinating purely transactional…
Yeah which is why my eyebrows are always raised at how trusting and open these new BL's portray their characters as. Like in all the online dating ones, I've only seen the characters talk to one person, and with pure intent LOL
This was such a great lakorn, but I HATED the last episode!! Why are redemption arcs such a big thing in Thai…
Rightt! Every. Single. One. the person either dies in a ridiculous way OR they get redeemed and most likely don't even get jail time. Like OMG STOP IT, THEY DON'T DESERVE FORGIVENESS, AND DEFINITELY NOT THAT EASILY.
Wow... Is Lakorn finally evolving? There wasn't crazy screaming, slapping, extreme misunderstandings (there were some, but reasonable ones). There wasn't overbearing parents. Dang, this is the first lakorn I've seen without those. Sure, there were tons of guns (lol lakorns and their random gun scenes) as well as super disgusting redemption archs for people who didn't deserve forgiveness... but dang. I actually enjoyed the whole thing! It was fun to watch the mysteries unravel. And although there wasn't that much romance, the way the characters fell was really natural. Most James romances don't really have that much romance so I wasn't really surprised at that.
I never watched her before her plastic surgery. I don't really mind or care when actors/actresses get plastic surgery. It's their face, not mine. If they're happy with everyone seeing their new face, then I'm happy for them. I really enjoyed her in her latest drama Payakorn Sorn Ruk, and I don't think it interfered with her acting at all. So to all the below comments :/ Is her plastic surgery the only thing you can talk about? I'm sure she's already gotten a lot of criticizing/hurtful comments regarding this and adding onto it isn't gonna undo her surgery.
My first reaction was to get angry that you are calling something rape that is not rape. Rape is a serious violent…
Yeah, I commented on the drama as well and realized that it might have just been a fantasy. However, I'm still not really happy that they had to include anything non-consensual in it. I was really enjoying the drama until that happened. But yes, thanks for pointing that out. I'll edit it in later. (later = when the extra comes out)
I've noticed that most lakorns have really negative comments on them. So Imma be that one ray of sunshine... YES, the characters are annoying at times. YES, the FL is an annoying brat - that's what makes it satisfying to see her character develop! YES, there are redemption arcs that are unneeded. But... that's a lakorn for you. The drama really grows on you as you watch it. Its pretty well paced, and the side characters all have good chemistry with the main ones. If you watch it with an open mind, I'm sure that at least 30% of you will enjoy it and get to the end :))
Wasn't that... wasn't that rape? EDIT: The thing is... I just feel like its unnecessary whenever a scene that hints at rape but turns out not to be rape occurs. Like, did you really need to go there? Because even though you're just using rape as a plot device for more drama, I still don't like how its romanticized.
Its official! The drama only has 4 eps. The staff made an announcement about how they're a small crew with not enough budget to create anything more than 4 eps.
But I still like it!
