If you want something about revenge + romance then "Game Sanaeha" would be a good fit.
If you want a fantasy one about travelling back in time/to an alternate world so that the character can live the life they wanted, I recommended "Lost Romance", or "Someday or One Day".

YES, like they tried to write her off as a mature character who'll do anything for her kids. She's also supposed to be kind, etc..

Yelling, dramas with yelling usually portray a bit of toxic behavior. Like unless you have a good reason to yell at someone, please don't. It's not a good way to communicate with loved ones.

OMG yes, everyone drinks so much in dramas.
Like I've watched a few YouTubers who are Korean, and they do admit that Koreans drink a lot... But I don't know if the amount of drinking in kdramas can be described as "a lot" more like "drowning in".
Stupid/Clumsy girls are fun if its a lighthearted drama, like in Playful Kiss. But in more serious ones it gets really annoying. I especially hate the ones where the stupid girls misunderstand something and go full out crazy (like in "I Married an AntiFan").
Disguises are always bad in kdramas because if they were good, you wouldn't be able to see how good looking the actors were lmao. I've just grown used to pretending "oh man... I OBVIOUSLY don't know how that is." *cough* LOL
