Finished, and honestly season 3 is fire, it can be watched as a standalone. Love the game, interesting new characters (especially rei, ryuji), and character depth, last scene of the ending (iykyk) was so precious, fast pace works well.

You're welcome, i too always look at reviews as well first before deciding to try, but since it's a KES's drama i started it, and it's not at all bad as the negative reviews said though, it has its one uniqueness, enjoy the ride, you'll love the romance, story, and the ending :)
Completed, it was not the best but overall, good, in terms of storytelling, characters and acting. Last 3 episodes were the best especially episode 11, is in another level like truly. Suzy and Kim Woo Bin's performance was top notch. It would have been great if we fleshed out more the supporting characters like young grandma, min ji, Ejlael...i feel we lost some potentials there. There was some random jokes or scenes I didn't really get, but I guess everyone have their own humor. You pass through sweet, funny, to dark and gruesome part really quick lol, but love that they really show how Iblis is not just that funny guy, and his devilish side was also captured, Kim Woo Bin really nailed it (okay I repeat it again). I'm really huge fan of Kim Eun Sook's dramas since she had that way of narrating a captivating story, but i'll be honest, it misses a lot of things to make it among her masterpiece. I will give this a 8 for the unique story, romance and leads's performance alone though. I went to Dubai but never knew the legend of Iblis but thanks to that story :)

Let me tell you future watchers, plot 8.5/10 but the romance & main couple 10000/10 The skinship, sexiness are in another level, they are the embodiment of power couple in a xianxia. If you are big xianxia fan with misunderstanding between the leads going around for like 30+ episodes with angst, and self sacrifice, this one is not like this, yes there is misunderstanding, but but the leads trust each other so much, it does not even last. This couple is just lit and their intimate sceneS, YOU ARE NOT READY !!! i usually feel bored when couple stay together after like early episode, but with this couple, i was glued to my screen, the spiciness, the sweetness, the romance, the communication are just in another level. Chen Fei Yu & Wang Ying Lu ( my bao bao, if you have watched the outsiders), are just an epic duo, i'ts been awhile since i have not witnessed such chemistry. The male lead, Sima Jiao, is ruthless, smart, strong, and it does kill, i really like that he never change his characteristic through and through. He is only soft with our FL. Tan , our FL, from an innocent girl who wishes for vacation, to a smart and resilient queen, not your typical cliche FL. Wang Ying Lu's performance is just so good, at portraying this shift in the character.
Overally, love the supporting casts (Nian Jiu, you were really a bit useless during the whole time, but we forgive you because you're cute), the different realms, the three lifetime story, it was fairly dosed, i even wish we get one episode more just to see their face. I don't know what I will do with my life T.T
