Yes, XLH knew that any cut on her body can be inflicted to DFQS. It was obviously XF who told her but it was not clearly shown as she knew why she needed to be stabbed only with the shengyin sword. When she stab herself, and later DFQS hug her, she check his belly first to know if he was also bleeding and she said good, you are okay
