I read the webtoon a few months ago and I can say that it was one of the best and thrilling webtoons ever. I watched the first ep of the kdrama and unfortunately it was not scary and suspenseful as the webtoon but iwas not that bad either. Hi, I've not read the webtoon, but was just intrigued about how it is different? I wouldn't mind spoilers.
there is a lot. 1. first of all jugyeong's father is non existent 2. sujin was present for a while but somehow vanished. she is a social media influencer and was not part of the trio. I don't even know if she attends the same school, they met somewhere else (as far as I remember) 3. the sister has not a love interest with the teacher (we don't even know about teachers) 4. the way suho found out about her identitiy was completely different 5. all parts with seojun are not in the webtoon (but the karaoke scene). their interaction was different at the beginning. 6. jugyeong's mom doesn't have a beauty salon. I don't know what her job is but she didn't support jugyeongs interest in make up. most of the time she was really harsh towards her. she doesn't know seo jun's mother. they are not friends. 7. sua doesn't have a boyfriend 8. the martial arts part of suho is also new these are all the things I could remember

I understand what you mean but suho from the webtoon is the same, so his acting kinda fits here. (the only part where it was obviously bad was that "fight" scene in the cafeteria)
