Instead of truck-kun we have fire-kun. I mean do they seriously not have sprinklers installed in the palace? XD Fire incident is being overused here so much đ This is like what the 3rd time a fire has taken place.
Also the writing for the villian is so weak here, it seems theyâre making the PM a villian just for the sake of being one and the story needing one. Taking it this far seems kind of overtop even for love.
His MajestyHe is such a sweetheart. He is such a kid. I love that Grand Prince treats him as just, respectfully…
I honestly feel so bad for the King. Heâs being robbed of his childhood. Iâm hoping I-an takes the throne soon for the sake of that poor child. Heâs clearly being taken advantage of and being used to help the queenâs family with their evil agenda.
This is literally i dare say the worst episode in the entire show. Absolutely pointless. We didn't even get to…
I fear thatâs just rom com writing for you. I mean who else would be trying to kill the prince other than the two prime suspect who benefits the most for it. A plot twist about the âwho done itâ part is unnecessary so yes the villain is as clear as day. 70% is the setup because its them falling in love while the divorce is being used for them to actually admit their feelings. I do agree that theyâre dragging things on tho. Everyone is just waiting for them to confess their feeling, but with the divorce theyâll probably confess their feelings in the next episode or two.
With the fl begging her dad to the point she kneels to the floor is actually a major point, this is where we realized that Hui Ju is admitting her feelings. She is not asking for help for herself but for the crown prince because she felt helpless and doesnât know how to help him. she first went to the prime minister however he told her to stay put so her next option was her father. That scene wasn't to show that her character is weak but rather she would go through lengths even kneel and ask her dad for help to save the crown prince. Now was the fatherâs advice to divorce kinda illogical? Yes itâs a bit stupid but whatever moves the romance plot for these writers đ Rom-coms always take the most illogical paths anyways so I donât even bother questioning atp.
They didn't even try and stand as a power couple just absolutely stupid took hits left right north south up down…
they gotta fall first before they get their sweet revenge otherwise it wouldnât be as satisfying for viewers hence why grand prince is not taking any actions so far.
I think for me what I really loved about the drama is the solving mystery part of a ghost death and the satisfaction of justice being served at the end. I enjoyed the first few ghost story than the ones towards the end. I got bored at the end with the so called villain. Also YYS acting was just too funny for me especially the parts where he becomes possessed. Genuinely made me laugh especially from watching him on game caterer with starship entertainment to this. I wonder what IVE thinks about the dance lol. Also I wished they kinda wrapped this up more nicely, they left so many plot holes lowkey. What happened to the priest character? And shaman. I thought they wouldâve explored more of the shaman story. Oh well other than that it was acc a fun and solid drama to binge watch.
Out of all the acting and chemistry in the series, I would say that this one is the best, but the pacing of the story or some of the plots were weak for me. The timeline of their story, the way it was presented, was all over the place. Their story was getting repetitive and dragged on at the end.
It seems like a lot of the viewers were expecting some kind of revenge drama here (which I can tell why because of the first few episodes giving that impression, but srs do people not read descriptions of what they're watching?) Meanwhile, im just here to watch morally black and unhinged characters. A lot of you guys are trying to empathize with her character, and in the process, end up hating her, which is the main problem in the first place. You're not supposed to like her, or at least that's not what the drama tries to do. It's not one of those "justice is served in the end" storylines. She's not supposed to have any character growth because the drama is literally about her being manipulative and using other people for her gain, because at a young age, that's all she learned how to do in order to survive. And it follows her throughout her life to her downfall; she uses people around her to get what she wants. It's literally just about how far Ah Jin will go to satisfy her thirst for success, love and happiness. And we see that she does everything in her power, sacrificing morals to get what she wants.
1st 2 episodes were promising but episode 3&4 kinda threw away that promise. So you telling me the chairman…
Couldn't agree with you more about the plan being trash. The very beginning where they planned for her to go as a teacher with INSANE credentials to teach in the countryside as a kindergarten teacher literally screams FAIL. Funny thing is I don't even think she needed to go through such lenght to fake all those resume and prestigious schools because literally 5 teachers have already left, so why go overboard and make yourself suspicoius in a small town where everyone is noisy asf. Like you would want to blend not draw attention to yourself.
this has so many layers to it, was frustrating to watch at times yet the story telling was compelling. I think what they shouldâve done is show us more glimpse of the girls friendship & their closeness when they were younger. Their friendship was built on jealousy, which was why it was hard for me to see these two actually be friends and even harder to empathize with ryu eun jeong character. There were more fights, argument and misunderstandings than them being actually shown as true friends which is why all her actions canât be excused at all by neither emotions or logic.
so so so infuriating, thank god i didn't watch this while it was airing bc the suspense was killing me. was lit seething when all these pathetic people came up with excuses for their actions. How hypocritical of them. jail time isn't even enough, these pieces of trash deserve to rot in the deepest, rotten part of hell. SMH

(Also why is the tag spy female lead/male lead? đ Are we watching the same show....?)
