This is not a bad show, it's a really good one. Ik there's a but coming, I love how they cut the crap with the second brother not having any feelings towards Ju Won, and how his story line is consistent with the bestie. but this really doesn't hold a candle to the chinese version. I would not compare, if not for the fact that it's actually BASED on Go ahead. I watched go ahead very recently, I get family by choice does do justice to it, but it doesnt capture the anger/the angst/the fury go ahead girlie had for them when they return (and they were actually abroad). Whereas here, she was grumpy about it, but she wasn't in pain. FBC is still good, I agree with the ratings. Just saying, they could've done justice to the emotions. Especially especially in the reunion one. But if this is the tone it's gonna take, in the long run , I wont mind it cause I wanted to rate go ahead a minus 10 for how they forgave the bitch mother.

I'm so excited for this show! Force and Book were a pair that I think grew so sustainably over time, right now their chemistry is seriously unmatched! Rooting for this show to keep it up!! (Don't come at me but I'm so blehhh with the second couple, was never a fan of Marc since his first show) I wish they were the third, and I got to see Perth instead. But April 2025 is crazy! They could've been a lil bit more generous with two episodes, guess I always hated GMMTV for being the capitalistic vultures at the same time, argh. But SUSU NA KAA for this show!!

It's been like a day, and I still feel so wronged for Ling Xiao. He was wronged for so long by a complete asshole of a mother, who should've never been forgiven. She should've been admitted in admitted for mental health help, dangerous to even be let out outside. ARGHH. Why did they end it like that, I now hate this story line in the end soo soo much. Also couldn't they have just made it a 4-5 year leap, my heart would'nt have hurt this much

Also I would'nt have minded if Xiao ge and Yue Liang got together, that would've been a good one too perhaps! But yeah this was so painful to watch, the time skip, everything Ling Xiao went through.. and I REALLY THINK THEY SHOULD'VE JUST SENT HER BACK RIGHT FROM THE START. I felt so suffocated for Ling Xiao. Argh. and it was so disappointing to see how his real dad barely did anything to help. someone should've rescued him. 10 Years is a really long time.... my heart broke for everyone in this show

Given how much angst the c-drama had, which I still cant stomach, I will wait on this one. Also idk how much justice they can do to the original plot line with 16 episodes... even the original one was too much for me. argh this show is just so so painful to watch... 10 years.. such a Long time. Just finished the show, never hated a character like Chen Ting! Still, there was so much angst in the show I wish they had wrapped up loose ends and given us 5 peaceful episodes. Esp Ling Xiao and his mom's confrontation! She really was a psycho and I felt like somebody should've sent her to get the help she needed a long time ago, yet I get the stigma. Nonetheless this would've been a 10 for me , if not for the story line. Really couldn't stand the angst, arghhhh. Out of 40 episodes not giving us atleast 2 sweet episodes, was really cruel of the director ba.

Everything would've been fine if I had not read the book, sigh. The male lead in the book is very much rich CEO vibes, whereas Up doesn't fit that role for me. Especially since I've also watched lovely writer. Sigh. Poom really fits the role of the book's character tho!

I really like how Seung Hyo makes the cooking reference and architecture reference when he makes his proposal haha. But also can the haters please kindly see themselves out the door.. like what is this attitude? Love isn't black and white coded, proposals aren't and nor are men in real life. I saw someone who said Seung Kyo is baby coded and that's so right! That's just his character and I love him so much for it! Seok ryu is your typical asian family eldest daughters who is used to thinking of consequences over being in the moment .. some people are just tuned like that. This drama has been so real until now and there's nothing wrong with it. I do feel like the pacing has been a bit awkward maybe... but I don't see any way it could've been done better without losing out on the depth of the plot. Overall I'm crying screaming and giggling! Can't wait for the last 2 episodes...... T_T

I really liked how they addressed the awkwardness, it really gave a very nice transition from best friends - to-lovers!! Not the dirty lines in the end thooo omg hahaha,,, screaming
