This is what happens when you take audience for granted just like GOT. When the show writers overestimate themselves thinking they are the sh!t. When the Source material is over instead of building on what the previous season stood for and things that are loved by audience you go 180 degree in the other direction and kill the fav chars nonchalantly without bringing any desirable effect to the show and emotion out of audience and changing characterization however you like instead of developing them.
One Ex being Cha Hyun Soo bawling over Seo Yi kyung's death initially, totally out of his character. They didn't even show their bonding to develop such emotions from a guy whose whole characterization is about being apathetic.
Also hiding mysteries for further exploration is good and all but you should give something to taste instead of be like "Just smell this you will get it all in Season 3". We didn't get attached to an characters becoz they didn't show any depth of characters. Like chief's char her story, purpose, aim all are not shown and they expect us to care about such char. Same with the Military Head's char we have to know his backstory to care and understand his actions.
They are like "No No No... you will all understand everything in S3"
My verdict : totally unnecessary season. Instead of S2 and S3 8 plus 10 episodes they should have gone with 12 episodes season or 6 episodes each.

An UFC fighter doesn't check if he has arms and legs (which he was born with) when going in to a fight. He warms up both physically and mentally. Similarly, Jang Ju won doesn't have to check if he has powers or not. He was just warming up mentally for the Pain if a fight were to happen.

frank fight was accidental no preparation. But here he was preparing to fight and warming up to the pain that is to follow if there is a fight.

Every show takes certain liberties. There is no show without some loopholes and the trick is how to minimize those and leave up to audience to come up reasons themselves for their understanding.
Nowadays you can find many fake news circulating on tiktok mostly chinese online. you shouldn't trust anything unless you verify it yourselves. what if the authorities themselves say it is fake what can a normal citizen do but believe them.
As for that school students, they are still gossiping about Class Rep behind his back which was shown in the episode 15 and her video was taken down.
Now for the bus driver, he is friends with his boss. The damage done to the bus can be paid and the complaints from passengers can be suppressed as the actual accident to the car was caused by frank.
When the Show is so perfect, these small details become glaringly big which would be norm in a normal Series.

My inference would be that the bus driver understood the NK agent identity and his ability when he touched the NK agent's phone becoz of bus driver's ability to read memories of electric devices when touched. So, instead of creating a scene and endangering his and other passengers lives he might of thought to just let him off and report him later.
This all changed when the bus driver noticed the NK agent target seems to be the high school students. So, he can't let him off the bus becoz of his ability to fly which makes the bus driver helpless to do anything but not let off anybody and drive recklessly to get as many cops as possible to pursue.

456 shouldn't be the winner, he and 218 should have taken each other out in order for 67 to win. It would have been very apt.
Also if he won he should be doing the things 218 and 67 told him to do as early as possible and not moping around like a homeless guy leading to 218's mother and 67 brother in difficult times for 1 long year. Not Acceptable. Also why did the loan sharks not find him for 1 year?
He lost his innocence when he

That scene is far fetched if the writer is using it to justify her side of the story of iksong rln.
When ikjun was rejected he didn't even cry but i felt the pain in his eyes, without uttering a single word that scene was great.
