Really enjoyed this drama from beginning till the end (although i wish it had at least one more episode) but it is a solid drama for me! Pan Yue became one of my favorite characters and I hope Liu Yuexi does more male leads who can finally get the girl (love and redemption/ancient love poetry left the chat 🥲🥲)!!
Really recommend if you like murder investigation, mystery, romance, a pretty cast and an even prettier wardrobe!!
Loving the drama and the leads! Jing Tian and Xu Kai have so much chemistry and i love their dynamics, also, spoiled myself watching the teasers of ep 7 until ep 12 and can't wait to see it!
on today's episode we were able to see Gil Chae mastering the art of survival once again, she's such a smart, quick-witted and astute character and i fell in love with her for the thousandth time. she's THAT woman and i'm so proud of her.
i see some people condemning her for accepting the marriage proposal to the soldier but i think people are really not paying attention on what's happening on the drama and how her character is.
she thinks jang hyun is dead and have been mourning him for years (3-4 years i think) and although she doesn't like/love the soldier she feels responsible for her family and wants them to be safe and well, so please don't be so shallow to point fingers at her.
the whole episode 4???? so good omg i cried i screamed and in some scenes i had to hold my breath... woah i felt like watching a season finale but it's only the beginning
i wasn't feeling the first episode but after watching the second i'll give it a chance because episode 2 was really good, hope it gets even better in the next episodes!
also, i am glad that this drama is only 12 episodes short, is perfect for this kind of comedy
