All that said, we really can't tell people what to watch or what to comment. The best course of action in these situations is to block the user or not interact with them.
I haven't read too far down, so I don't know what this person has said. However, this specific comment here, that a person finds something over or under rated is not a hate comment and the comment sections for shows is for expressing opinions positive or negative.
If they are rude elsewhere that's an entirely different matter.
