LOL, yes that is exactly my point. He only wore mask around his sigu and baichuan sect. When he was solving the case at Yu City around ep 5, LLH ran away during the fight so Shi Hua didn't get to see him with his mask off.

I think they all pretty much recognized him, but couldn't believe it because he's not claiming that he's LXY. The other masters tested him too! Some reasons, he was always wearing the mask so I assumed he must be wearing it to hide himself. Then why didn't he just take it off earlier? And, weird how Shi Hua is not having a reaction when she did way earlier on in the eps with ZiJin?

But, they were able to kind of doubt and kind of recognize him even with the mask on so why off? I mean, I get what your saying though.

I remember he said that he didn't want the others to know he was alive though.

Sighs, I'm watching ep 18 and no one understands LLH like FDB. LLH's past and short life is causing him to push people away and FDB don't give a crack to his words vs his ex. They need to stop with the romance flashback please 🙏.

I just finished it! Such a great drama!

Loved it! This drama was sooo good and a HE at that. Writer did such an amazing and awesome job at both couples. All characters had an important/significant part to play and were written so well. All questions and thoughts I had during the drama, the writer answered and did it all without leaving anything out. Loved that this drama wasn't too short to feel rushed and wasn't too long to feel like a drag.

On ep 3 and man, so far I'm feeling sad and loving the ML and SML. I wish there were more Xiao Yao for all of the 3 MLs. Sighs, I'm lowkey shipping Seventeen for the endgame.

This drama turned out better than I thought. I went in with low expectations based on the reviews and ratings here. I will say that I actually enjoyed this one more than Maid's Revenge.

To me, the only good thing about Maid's Revenge was ML's character. For Bride's Revenge, I did FF a lot at the beginning because FL was too goody a shoe and weak, but once you get past the part where FL loses her baby then it gets better after that. Although, DGZ was not as hot as he was in Maid's Revenge due to his military uniform + male dominant character; in here he still made sparks fly when he made appearances during the 2nd half.

I loved that the FL in here was actually very smart in comparison to the FL in Maid's Revenge; the FL in here executes her revenge plans and follows through with it. She knew who the bad guy was!

I felt like they should have cut short the first half of the story (well, FL did get to shine) and brought in DGZ's reappearance sooner, which would have added more umph to the story and romance because boy be oozing charisma, but nonetheless I still enjoyed this drama. FL was very pretty too! She reminded me of the actress Xing Fei.
