Omooo i don't want this to finish. I wish, just wish, if there were 14 episodes, i wanted episode 12-13 to be like American movie The Lovely Bones. I love episode 12 where SY 'trapped' in other world and tried to come back. It would've been better if they explored that part of the story.
Kuddos to everyone especially FL, ML, director and screenwriter.
Because itβs part of the five objects curse. Once the body is found, Hyangi will over take SY body fully as…
Exactly my thought, was it SY or evil spirit? And why Hyangi wanted the body to be found? I'm afraid Hyangi wanted to trick SY that's why SY doesn't want to affiliate with her and told HS instead to not find the body.
Whoa interesting. What a book! However, why Dho Shik wanna be immortal? It's not even a cure. If he is a real human, human doesnt want it.
Do Shik is the opposite of Woo Hyeol, he is vampire who wanna be a human.
I think when Woo Hyeol said "i wanna your love." Means that he wanted In Hae to be in love, that's why he was angry when she doesnt think about love. You know, this drama is one minute joke around, the next minutes serious. Can't wait for the stories to be unfolded.
If i'm not mistaken, the list of 5 objects is inside Hae Sang's grandma safe box right? Not sure "i live, you live statement." If evil spirit dies, Grandma also dies? Means, she sold herself to the evil?
So, why Mokdan was replaced by the not-kid-not-yet-an adult second person?
Kuddos to the screenwriter, each episode she will give us surprise, in last night's episode i like the idea of Hongsae kept on following Sanyoung to analyze the evil spirit's behavior, maybe it's the reason why Sanyoung's dad died; because he thought the evil spirit was Mokdan all along?
When Hae Sang was absent-minded and running in a hallway, that was an awesome depiction of someone being possessed. I was told there are people who are possessed and all silent, usually they are 'being taken' into 'another world' by evil spirit, running for help to get back to their real soul again.
In Hae's dad, i'm curious why he was missing before his death, if i'm not mistaken he's missing right? And just recently In Hae received his will and got "the key" to the house?
Tbh, 7th episode just got me hooked. I love how the writer depicts Woo Hyeol as a nice and gentle man. Even when he was upset, he tried to isolate himself and told In Hae nicely. He's a green flag π
It was all started because of black magic to make Hae Sang's grandma rich, a common story in today's society. But the writer can develop both character and story in an astonishing way especially the moment San Young's vision shifted into seeing the girl and what happened in the past. 7th episode was mind-blowing.
Eun Sung and Han Sol are really betrayer. Whoaaa why i'm so angry???
TBH, I didn't expect the plot twist. Half way through the movie, i thought Kim Mu Nee is Kim Yong and Han Sol's daughter, then KY died, so Han Sol married to Eun Sung and fate brought the HAM to Mu Nee in order to communicate with her late father. LOL i think i love my version of plot twist better because there's a reason why KY in the past got the HAM.
But with this ending, what's the point of them talking through HAM? Only for Kim Mu Nee confessed her feeling to Young Ji? Well, KY told his feeling to Han Sol, still he was betrayed. Hmm.. this movie is 7.7/10 from me :)
The first hour was all cute and innocent. But the last hour got me sobbed. Woon Hoo acting is so good, even i cried when he cried on the train leaving for New Zealand.
For the ending, tbh, i got chill when seeing the video on exhibition and written in memory Woon Hoo 1983-2001 >.<
I read some comments and they are not satisfied with the ending because the movie didn't explain why he died and why his family didn't contact Bo Ra at all.
Well, when Woon Hoo was still in Korea and on telephone with his dad, it seems like his family was dysfunctional after the divorce, his parents don't care about the kids. Woon Hoo asked his dad, "you won't regret it if i'm going back to NZ?" And his dad answered, "no." It was his last day in Korea but his dad doesnt wanna see him.
Same goes with Ba Da, his brother is close to Woon Hoo and it proves that their mom also doesn't care about the children.
I watched this because i love Tune in for Love but whoaaa 20thCentury Girl got me depressed.
I love this type of movie, '90's vibe, messed up guy meeting lonely innocent girl, together they try to find their purpose of life. Then separation happened, out of nowehere universe brought them back together, picking up where they left off and falling in love again.
My favorite line from the movie is, "Hyun Wooya, let's meet up again when everything good happens." It's like Mi Soo doesn't want any misunderstanding whenever they meet. Pretty realistic. We only wanna meet someone special when already had settled life and everything becomes possible from there.
Surprisingly i loveeee this drama. It got more interesting once the ML and FL met in Miryeong and live together.
My first drama of Park Hae Jin, his acting is so good. Just realized he looks like Kim Jae Wook especially the lips >.< and oh the kiss scene at hospital, omg, it made my heart fluttered. π€£π€£π€£ππ½
For story line, even the side stories were all interesting except it was a bit too much on the business side since i expected there would be more rescues done in Miryeong.
If you enjoy Find Me in Your Memory which female leads don't recall her memory due to trauma in past event, i recommend you this drama :)
Honestly, why are you invalidating other's feelings?? Like they got offended, so what?? Its their culture, they…
Agreed. In general, MDL is so toxic, I once stated unpopular opinion and people attacked me hhaahah wth this is only drama whether i like it or not it's just a matter of preference.
Whoaaa episode 5 was great, each episode the evil spirit also levels up, now 'she' wants to join the party and taste $$$$ wine hahahaha.
Just my 2 cents. In the first two episode i thought the evil spirit was awakened when San Young just visited her grandma's home and held that red hair accessory. Then my thought changed, the evil spirit possessed her whenever she hates someone.
But after episode 5 seems like she is possessed and kill people whenever she just met Hae Sang? Especially when she got text message at Hae Sang's home and about to leave, she seems like already possessed there. That's why at the end of ep. 5 when HS found the rope, the evil in San Young said, "you found it." What an attention seeker evil spirit π€£π€£π€£
I love everything about this drama, even the side story. Eun Jung struggle as a working mom is portrayed really well, like when she gave her son meat and said, "if i work, i can feed you meat." That's true, i witness how my friend whose mom goes to work, bought her accessories and stuff with her money.
For Ah In, such a big heart to forgive and understand her mom's past. This is the real agency's drama, i don't want to compare it to that famous Someone in Paris hahaha. I wish Lee Bo Young takes more woman empowerment type of drama rather than being a mom just like on two other dramas, which wasn't into it. Instead, i watched her for the first time on Whisper and loved her right away. .
As someone who enjoyed Welcome 2 Life and Familiar Wife, this one was so good. Really straightforward and cute.
Their conversation warm my heart like when Soo Hyun wondered, "what i'll be if i decided to go abroad?" and Park Kang answered, "You'll be professor." She then replied, "but there will be no twins in my life, i love them tho."
And I love how understanding the kids were towards their Appa who seem space out most of the time, "so your memory is not back yet?" awww that was warm my heart.
Some comments below don't like this drama because it's flat compared to other airing dramas and i gotta agree with that. I know Taec Yeon from Vincenzo, then Blind and now this drama. IMO, i love him on two other dramas than this one.
It's about the directing that's off for me. Woo Hyeol movement seems stiff and heavy, if that makes sense hahaha. I have watched Lee Hyun Suk's drama which was Hello, Me! and in that drama i don't like how he directed the female leads. Beside that for the styling team, i think Woo Hyeol suit is always one size bigger since episode 1, idk it just looks bigger than his actual size.
Sorry, i keep disappointed by Disney + Kdrama: be it Snowdrop, Grid, Family Unbreakable and now Call It Love. I feel like in all Disney + Kdrama, the director can't direct the casts and the writer don't explore the story enough. I thought it's gonna be a revenge drama, but, excuse me, where is the revenge part if all you did was forgiving her?
Throughout the 16 episodes the mood is sad.. Beside that, it's like a budget drama, the setting is only houses, office, cafes. Same goes with the outfit, i know they wanna portray sadness, loneliness and boring life of the leads, but could you do better than that?
Climax, i thought the climax would be at the camping fair they been talking about throughout the episodes, but nope. CEO Choi confronted WooJoo right before the fair and Dongjin knew Woojoo's intention through his friend .__.
The ending, what the fishhh! I waited for the leads to talk, pick up where they left off, unfortunately they gave more screen time for Hyeseong and Yoon Joon to talk about their feeling and the future.. Helloooo. GOSH. That's why i hate Disney + kdrama, they always mess up the first 4 episodes and the ending.

Also Mr. No's "Sabai, sabai, bye bye" to Gu Won cracked me.
TBH, I didn't expect the plot twist.
