Pat's wardrobe is just so cute, like I want everything in his closet. The outfits in this episode and the previous ones too are just so narak. It's been a while since I've seen such a cute wardrobe in BL, well not really 😅 Ford Arun's in My School President was pretty lovely too 😅
The " straight white man" comment by pat part rubbed me the wrong way for real because I thought that was an extremely…
This is incorrect. Dark skin men have done such things. Being a NigerianYorùbá myself, I am very aware of the ways in which our society even pre-colonialism perpetuated extreme forms of systemic toxic masculinity and misogyny. Colonial rule only helped to further entrench such structures. The misguided translation was made with an American context in mind, but that doesn't mean "black" people don't and didn't perpetuate the exact same things in their own communities in the United States, the Caribbean, Africa, or elsewhere.
IDK. A couple of things...~The side couple? They're cute, pointless, & don't have enough screen time. They bring…
I have to strongly agree with you about the side couple. THEY ARE UTTERLY USELESS. All they do is waste screen time. I just wish they were friends and nothing else. There is no need to match up to random guys because it's BL, especially if there is absolutely zero substance.
I'm on episode two and I feel like crying 😭😭😭😭 This show is just so hard to watch in one go, it's best to even take breaks within an episode for your sanity 🤧 It's so emotionally taxing.
Wow, seeing BOC crash is wild. Before it was just the Build fanatics, but with how Pond handled everything it's also people on the other side of the situation as well. In all honesty, BOC did this to themselves. This could have been handled in one post. Immediately Poi began to send things out is when they should have at least suspended Build, but instead they waited for days for everything to become one giant mess in their lap. Their Instagram account has almost lost 100k followers in one day, I'm just so shocked with the sheer amount of people, yoh! Honestly, I don't really know what the most troubling part of this is. But what stands out to me are the Build fanatics, they are absolutely crazy to a point where I don't think they understand fact from fiction nor black from white. How in the world can such a large group of people be so hypnotized by a man that they don't even know 😭 Especially after such horrendous allegations with evidence. Build fanatics are what worry me most about this whole case, they are the steam that I completely underestimated in their power and reach. Even Thai people weren't the fanatics, it's inter fans. The amount of posts I've seen from Latin America in Spanish and Portuguese is just absolutely mind boggling. I truly hope the MileApo movie comes out unscathed, but honestly everything is completely up in the air at this point, BOC kept digging when they should have stopped.
I wrote this on Reddit, but I'll share here too. This case has become way too publicized for a fan audience that…
Just a small addition, just because Build decides to wear makeup and dress in a more feminine manner DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING. People need to wake up, you don't know the man, and from the other issues, we all know he's problematic. So, hold off on the endless support.
I'm shocked with the petitions and hashtags that I've seen, like his fans are absolutely hypnotized by him, yoh!
This case has become way too publicized for a fan audience that is primarily made up of young teenage girls. People really need to slow down and pay attention to the nuance of the accusations and refrain from making comments until they're further informed. It seems like many people are coming to whole conclusions based on Google Translate... I don't follow the BL stuff on Twitter, but from what I've seen it's absolute chaos from fellow inter fans. I hope the truth comes out, and I already believe it is coming out... Build's decision to make the statement at the fan event just seems so off putting to me, and his crying 😭 I asked myself in real time, "crocodile tears or real tears?" So many of the fans are so gullible to the extent it seems that they fail to see reason, or at least attempt to understand the other side. Sure the timing of this is eek, especially after the announcement of the new show, but this is so much deeper than a show, and these diehard fans need to recognize that. Anyway, the truth is what I'm waiting for.
Also his fan base is absolutely crazy. I've been watching BL since SOTUS and wow, this is something really new and different, especially from the angle of toxicity. I remember when Max from Together With Me was dating a woman and the fan base was acting foolish, but this is so much more of a complex and disturbing occurrence. Then add on the role of a very gullible audience, it's deeply worrisome. I also think as a gay guy (19), my perspective on things like this are different as we really don't make up the majority of viewers.
The last episode is quite disappointing, more so than the episodes before it 😭 I wasn't expecting for the issues to be solved, so there could be a second season where they delve more deeply into the issues and other relationships. Hopefully we get that, because the first half of the show was spectacular
Absolutely hilarious and accurate about the Build fanatics.
