I don't think he works for tencent exlusively. It's the drama company I guess. It's either tencent is the 3rd party that buys the rights to air the drama, or tencent invested money in the drama. Whatever the role is, tencent still has a say in whether to air the drama or just shelve it.

The writer decided to kill him. Lol. Because it would be sad to see the love triangle. He promised to become a 'normal' husband to FL -at least in society pov. Meanwhile FL was a filial wife and daughter inlaw. She decided to accept her husband unconditionally.
But unfortunately just after FL and SML started to turn a new leaf, tragedies happened. The ending was FL ended up with her brother in-law, aka ML.

if you love subtitling, why don't you finish till the end? there's a chance that your translation and official translation are different. thank you so much for your hard work! you're cool.

I prefer to watch C K J drama in their native language and with Engsub to have a better understanding of the language and context. So, when I found suck subtitles -mtl- I could still understand what the actors try to convey actually.
English isn't my mother tongue but it is still weird to see dubbed versions of J-drama, for example. Strangely, I don't have any problem watching anime dubbed in English.
I don't ignore the fact that perhaps some people prefer the dubbed version because they are too tired to read subtitles.

This drama doesn't fit to become a 10-minute drama, at least make it 13-15 minutes because they giving the editor a hard time. The result is bad.

Why did they change the title? Just why??? I like the previous title though. It's pretty unique and has a sense of joke. The newest title is so generic.

I guess the original plan is more than 30 episodes. Like many other c dramas before CCP set a new rules to cut down episode to maximal at 40eps.

Better watch C K and J drama in their language with Engsub. Dubbed version is kinda strange to hear.

This is a rare gem drama. Light hearted drama, sweet and funny. Everybody acts naturally and has good chemistry. Anyway, I must say that this a well written drama. Praise the director too for the well execution.

He is annoying lol but pretty relatable as a young hot blooded gen z.

This one was on iqiyi coming soon list since 2022, if I'm not mistaken. No idea why they halted to air this one in 2023. But we got it in 2024 anyway.

I think we should appreciate them that they consider reshooting it with a new actress. They wrapped filming a long time ago, and now they should reopen everything. This is a high-budget drama after all.

yeah, so lucky for TLI to air earlier than expected. I guess tencent push forward TLI to fill the void. Some dramas that have been promoted for so long in tencent just stuck or maybe shelved.
