yeah. they were busy filming and working like a nomad. I doubt they have spare time to work on paperwork. that's why YBY hired people to help her studio after left her old company. And SZR entrusted her daily management to her family since she left her old company.

agree. a hard to guess drama. well written one.

Even if it was not SZR who ruined her tax payment, she was dragged by people whom she entrusted with tax jobs.
Like, YBY who was nominally on the stakeholder list in her company / studio. But I doubted she was involved deeply in its management.
But as per law, they will be the first person held accountable if anything happens in their company.

Too bad, I wanna see SWL in this drama. Will it see the light? It finished filming in 2022 and probably has acquired a license to air.

After all the hard work for her to come back after a hiatus and divorce, she just ignored the strict moral rules of CCP. To think that China does not lack human resources, and savage competition in C showbiz, anyone is not irreplaceable.

it's more like the summary of the 1st episode. The older brother initially was a caring brother. He then changed drastically after his younger brother became a hostage in Qing. The Qing set up the hostage prince as a crown prince, hence would take the throne if the childless king was unable to govern. Despite the empress giving birth to a son later, the king still lived in anxiety. The majority of ministers planted the idea that the hostage prince was like a traitor, a servant to the Qing, threatening the throne.
