I think she did a nose job (maybe just a filler injection?). Her pouting lips came from filler. She used to have a thin / defined face. I think her whole face is a bit bloated due to the filler injection procedure. The filling is not necessarily silicon-based but can it be a fat grafting?
From my POV her old face even if it was bare face or no face makeup, she was extremely gorgeous. One of a kind, especially her serene eyes.
